This is got to be the friendliest Lowe's I have ever been to shop. They go above and beyond. I will shop at this one in our area for as long as I'm in the area! And if I ever move, the closest Lowe's I find to my next location will have to be magical to beat the people here. I didn't get the name of the sweet blonde young lady at customer service today, but she, Tucker and Kalin (sorry if I've missed spelled your name) took care of us. Their parents should be proud of the young adults they have become.Can't wait to go back to continue our yard projects. 🌷 🌻🌺If you have a chance, go shop this Lowe's, they are the absolute BEST!

Good Customer Service not at Anniston Lowes. Trying to get a pipe cut. Waited 15 mins after the call went out on the intetcom. No one came asked appliances to make a call , there response someone just called, No one came, asked another associate oh let me find someone. Well she found 2 others employee to engage in conversation. The manager received my items back I told her I won't be back. She said ok. If the customers who said I won't be back won't come back the store will go under. It's because if Customer Service. Home Depot looks like will be gaining a customer.

I went here to pick up my household repair supplies, and I had to adapt several cpvc fittings to repair a water leak due to lack of inventory. Apparently, there has been a high demand for 1/2" cpvc materials due to the recent hard freeze. Overall, they usually have the materials I need. I have been doing my own repair work since 1963..

Went in to use the bathroom. Clean bathroom. Toilet paper, soap and changing table available. Family bathroom was locked. Greeted by friendly staff.

Horrible customer service, Horrible delivery service, it is not worth what you pay or even if it's included in your purchase.Anniston Lowes doesn't care about the customers at all, nor does the corporate office, who just puts issues back on the store. Ridiculous is a great word. All they say is we use a 3rd party. We'll it's still on your company even if you out source delivery. Leaving someone's refrigerator in the foyer for 2 days is unacceptable business.

Very helpful customer service. Went to oxford and got 0 help after requesting and when I went to anniston right after they were beyond helpful. Will never order from oxford again. I'll drive further for annistons help.

Update #2: Nevermind...they are still idiots and Annette, who is the new manager is just as bad as Walt. Unfortunately she wasn't the other mgmt that was let go. They exchanged the saw earlier for a smaller saw. We go back up there to exchange, yet again, for the correct one, and Annette says they don't do exchanges. Why did they exchange it earlier today then? Avoid N Anniston store....it is horrible!!! I will be returning everything I bought yesterday and going to Home Depot.Update 12/4: The main problem at this store (Walt) and possibly another problem person in mgmt are gone as of last Friday. They also exchanged the saw today with no issues. Hopefully they promote someone worthy of the manager position and get this store straightened out. I will update my rating if this store improves.12/3 - N Anniston is the worst run store I have ever been in. It's always a mess. Items are scattered through the aisles and not in the proper places. Most associates avoid helping anyone. We purchased an 18.5 cu ft freezer online a few days ago, for same day delivery, and the store sent 1 person to deliver it. That freezer weighs almost 180lbs. Today, I purchased a miter saw and some other items. An associate had to hunt down the saw that was showing many in stock because there were none in the display location. After getting it down off the top rack, the box was opened. I didn't take everything out...just inspected the box to make sure it didnt look damaged. I opened it when I got home to find a used saw, covered in saw dust. Needless to say, it will be exchanged tomorrow, which is a huge hassle. We have continued to go to this location because it is 10 minutes from our house. But after today, we will drive further to go to Oxford where my parents and friends go due to them being better run and having better quality products. This is the only Lowes location I have been to that seems like a disaster, so I believe it is just a poorly run store.

Amazing experience! Shopped online for pick up at the store. When I got there, I went right to the lockers, put in my code and Voila! The door to my locker swung open and I was able to pick up my order safe and secure! Technology rocks! Love Lowe's!

N. Anniston Lowe's has lost my business to a competitor yet again.I did not complain the multiple times I needed to bring my toddler daughter to the family restroom and it was occupied by an employee pooping.I did not complain the multiple times that the store was showing multiples of an item, but none were in stock.I have not complained about the many times I was ignored by the self checkout attendant that was playing on their phone. The pink sparkly phone cases gave it away that it was not a work handheld.I did not complain the multiple times I have gone back out to the parking lot to retrieve a lumber or flat cart as your employees were visibly goofing around in the isles.I will now complain about the multiple previous times that the panel saw was out of order, and one again it is working as well as the McDonald's ice cream machine. Yet it did not have a lockout on the local switch?The unprofessional demeanor of the employees complaining about a customer in front of other customers is astounding.

Based on todays experience, you’d get a zero. We waited 35+ minutes to get stain. We were engaging with the associate but motioned another customer in front of us since we had a few questions. The sales associate (female, brown hair, name starts with “R”) then went on to help everyone else and left us standing there waiting for a minimum of 35 minutes. After she helped the 3rd customer, we walked out and went to the bright orange, big box, home improvement store where everyone was very nice and helpful.I gave you 2 stars based on average experiences in the past and poor performance today.Update...I guess I should be thankful for your acknowledgement of my time being valuable? A simple, "We apologize" would get me back in your store. Since I didn't get that, I will NOT be visiting you again soon!

This past week (6 and 8 June ‘23) I had to pick up quite a few deck boards. I was helped by three very courteous employees on those days who go the boards with a forklift and took them to my truck and helped me load and secure them. I understand it’s their job but I was impressed with the willingness and professionalism with which the did it. I don’t know their names, but one was a younger guy who drove the forklift, on both days, and the other two were a little older black and white male: I appreciate the help as I was by myself and it would have taken a much longer time to do the job alone!

Bought a new refrigerator from them after a 5 week fight with LG failing to honor the warranty on their product that died in the storm of 6/14/23. LG finally paid off and we got a different brand from Lowe's. Their delivery crew, Tyrone and Cory, were outstanding and very competent, hard working young men. They got us up and running quickly, wasp nest and all! Home Depot will only deliver to your front yard, just drop it in the grass and leave you with it! Beware of that. Mike, who delivered our mower was also great.

To make a very long story short, if more businesses provided customer service like I experienced at Anniston Lowe's, they would have more customers than they could imagine! Kudos to the management- Lidia and the customer service staff. They took care of a problem and went above and beyond to improve a situation which was not in any way their fault! Thank you! Awesome associates, quick response time with helping finding certain things, and if one is unable to find that particular item, they'll find someone else with longer experience to assist you otherwise! Overall great home improvement options, good for construction in housing, sheds, etc. Also a good D.I.Y. place to find quick items to fulfill personal desires! :)

Oxford Lowe's customer service was horrible on this visit. Customer service is about the customer and it appears this location doesn't want any. Not only did no one acknowledge me waiting to ask about a product, when they did "help" it was very short and uncaring. You know who always acts like they care about the customer? Oxford Lumber/Ace Hardware, even Home Depot tries to assist their customers. Probably my last visit to Oxford Lowe's.

Most of the employees on the floor are nice, which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. The problem is that nobody in customer service has a clue what they're doing (at least none that I've encountered.) This review is based on dozens of visits to the store, and thousands of dollars worth of purchases. I've been shopping at this store for years because they are in close proximity to my home, and it's a convenient location for me. Unfortunately, all of my bad experiences (too many to count) outweigh the convenience factor, and I'll be driving farther away from here on out. Hopefully Ace Hardware will have a more knowledgeable team.

The customer service is a joke. I'm also not sure how your install teams can keep messing with plumbing and have zero training on it. Clear with as many fixes on their work I've had to do that no one is training these guys
