Gone there a few times for their sales, and they don't have the sale item (one customer bought them all, and the next two times the item was not on their truck).Also, they don't have electric carts for handicapped people, so beware. I can't shop as long as I would like to. Not good, but their people are nice and the store is clean and neat.

This store has declined in many ways over the years. They get you in with their cost plus deals but it is only a good deal if you are shopping for particular items that are on sale. Which is usually close to out of date. They constantly hire teenagers, which would be considered a noble trait giving them the opportunity to have a first real world experience but they neglect to train them in customer service. Friendliness, a smile or a hello, go a long way in life and in business. Needless to say, I only go there if I need an item or 2 for dinner. I do not take my shopping list there.

I am extremely disappointed with this store. I called to ask a question and they hung up on me. My son had just tried to use my card there and I didn't have any money on it but I can see when he used it so I transfered money to my card for him to try it again. I called to ask if the men from Center of Hope were still there so I could ask them to tell my son to try my card again but they hung up on me. Extremely rude!!!!!!!!

It’s not a very large store and obviously doesn’t have the selection of a Walmart or Publix, but it’s in a convenient location (for me) and has reasonably good prices.I do wish they would just display the actual price on the shelf, not force you to add 10% and then another 10% for tax. I think they do it so that you don’t realize the price might actually be a little cheaper somewhere else.The employees are pretty nice.

Use this store because it’s convenient. Was checking out- would be nice if the person bagging your groceries would put them in the buggie instead of going back and playing on their phone!

Its not a huge store and the prices may not be the lowest but the people who work there are awesome I haven't meet anyone who work there that don't smile or laugh with customers. I'm in a program next to the store so I go there often and I love the people that work there I would love to have a job there with them. -Patrick Parden

They got an extra tax. So on top of paying tax on your purchase you pay an extra tax to the store.

The prices are always wonderful and I can find Ocean Perch there when I can never find it anywhere else. I rated it 3 stars b/c last night there was an odor at the entrance that almost made me turn around and leave. Other than that my experience was normal, good prices and friendly staff.

Very quaint little place with really good choices on the pick 5 for $19.95 deal. Produce was surprisingly really good and fresh. We will definitely keep them in our rotation of favorite grocery stores.

Food Outlet that's my store because I tell you they have a great prices they're cheaper on everything I can go there and bring more food out then I can anywhere else and they're real clean neat and friendly service they know their business know exactly where everything is and if you need help all you got to do is ask if they don't mind helping you and I'll tell you why they are really know their jobs and they are really nice friendly Hospitality people this is another store that has a lot of hospitality and friendly service and always eager to help and I recommend it to anybody keep the good work up I give you all a plus and five star rating you earned it

Now this is my grocery store one of them I get groceries here all the time and I gave you the Five Star Plus very clean and very friendly service they have everything I need and if they don't so I need to know where something is all I got to do is ask and they point me in the right direction and they don't mind helping you at all and so you know my love the store and I've been shopping there for years and I do better when I stopped there than I do anywhere I get more for my money worth this grocery store grocery store recommended to anybody and everybody clean and friendly and it's very clean food very clean workers and always friendly

Nice place to shop for bread and other items. When you need things quick. They always have good sales. The employees are always helpful and friendly. Their store brand doughnuts and cakes are great.

While this is convenient for local people, the prices are a bit high. Also the 10% "add on" charge is rather deceptive if you aren't paying attention. While Food Outlet advertises as "cost plus 10%" many items are marked above cost unless other stores are regularly selling them at a loss.

I visited the Oxford Alabama mall. Had chineese.food at the food court. The stake was delicious. I got the 3 meet combo, with a Sprite at a cost of $13.00 . No waiting although it was peak hours. On a Sunday. There's also a Chick Fillet. One of these days I will have a grill Chicken Fillet. There's another food stand by the name of Amerocan Deli. It will also be another place for me to eat. I know this is a kind of a boring review, for I can't bad mouth the food. It would been funny to say that the food tasted like leather,or that it had the dustintive smell of butt sweat , with a bit of foot smell, and arm pit. However, that wasn't the case sorry to dissapoint everyone that reads this review.

Trina H. the lady at the régister was just the nicest lady!! Every time I see her at the register I make sure to go thru her line!!! Most employes I have spoken to on my vísits and they seem fríendly! Storé príces are great over àll itß convenient!!

Checkout lane was made for cart to be close to scanner. The checkout person is to reach in cart and scan quickly. They stand and wait on customer to hand them contents of cart. Lazy employees. They think the only job they have is to move item over scanner. Use to be good place until one owner died.

Poorly Merchandised, tan down Building, milk is either spoiler or spoils within a day or 2 of buying it. & My God its the Holidays & the only thing Christmas in the stpre is a 12 inch plastic unit tree and Wine Bottles with a festive scene. & no Christmas music playing my God even tjat tight was Lea Fite out north more of an effort but i guess this is what poor white and black people still get in the year 2022.i will say @ least they finally pages the packing lot a couple years ago so when you get out o car your not walking thru red mud

The meat selection is awesome the guys in the back are fabulous they usually have any thing I want but if they don't have it in they will get it for you the produce is always fresh the cashiers are sweet enough
