Preety irritated they didn't properly do whatever they were supposed to do when I bought my google play cards..they won't work...and their phone has been off the hook all day.. pretty livid...I also don't appreciate how tons of us need jobs and this store had a female employee on her phone literally making me wait bc she was just gabbing away on a senseless personal call.

I put my stuff down and walked out got tired of waiting. It wasn't a cashier. It was the stupid customers. Don't know how to use a debit card don't know their debit card pin number. Has to call somebody else to get their pin number. Bye-bye

I would have to say my visit to the Anniston store was very disappointing! First when we went to check out the Lady placed a closed sign at her register, (that's ok because maybe it's break time or time to leave) but no...the people in front of me moved to the next line as did I, noe as soon as we moved to wait in the line where others were already waiting, the Lady decided she would wait on the customers behind us and while we were patiently waiting in the other line she continued to wait on all the people that was behind us...so why did she not check either of us out?? Now Its finally my turn to check out, We pay and start out the door and the alarm or buzzer goes off, our clerk forgot to do what ever they do to deactivate the anti theft on my item, so now here we go again out the door and someone yells stop come back so We turn around and she takes my item so I said the alarm didn't go off she said ok gave it back to me ..we leave get almost to my car and a man is hollering get back in here so I said were you talking to me and he gets even louder and says I said get back in here now !! Both of yall!! So we go back in and I said is something wrong she wanted that item again..so I said what's wrong, it didn't sound the alarm this time either, so now she just says ok !!! Nothing more just ok!! Can someone help me understand what happened here the 1st clerk wouldn't check us out or the people in front of us but did everyone behind us!! Now I feel like we were being treated like thieves even tho they knew we paid!! I hate the word racist. But I feel we were discriminated against simply for our skin color, because the people in front of us were the same as us and the ones behind were not and none of them got treated in such a shameful manner!!! Just saying!! This really upset me, because I would never treat anyone the way we got treated today!!😢

Clean and well lit. I was looking for toothbrushes and little boy underwear. Lots of toothbrush options, both electric and not, but they had very very few packages of underwear.

Omg family dollars is so high now wash rags is $5 for two that's just so sad everything is to high and you can't and want save nothing out of there and another thing they always have one cash register cashier working when it's like 40 people in line and then the days they are slow they want to have two or more ppl working

Store was cluttered. Check out girl talked to customer in front of me for ten minutes after her sale. Gave her a five dollar coupon. Then told me she wasn't allowed to give me one. ?????? I mean really?

It didn't have as much merchandise that the other Family Dollars have been in have had. Customer service was pretty good and very helpful
