Bought an item in a box. When I opened the box and realized it was not the correct item, I went to return it. The cashier had to get "help" who then decided I was wrong. (Hint, I was NOT WRONG) I finally got a replacement but it was a real hassle.Most of the items in the store are Chinese imports

The staff was great! I was somewhat debating visiting this location, because of the location, but I was greatly satisfied upon entering the store. I was greeted upon walking in, unlike my neighborhood Dollar Tree in Oxford! The store was exceptionally clean and we'll stocked, while at the same time offering many different variations of products. Thanks for making my shopping experience with you a great one!

0 stars for Dollar Tree. 3 stars for the Employees!! Never enough staff for busy times...tho the employees do thier best for fast/friendly service at the register but are also tasked with stocking the entire store inbetween customers...corporate/management is failing to keep enough daily staff to relieve work stress among thier employees especially during Covid-19.

When you pull in parking lot is filthy, they are to cheap to pay $60.00 a month for the street sweep company to clean the lot twice a week so you have to wade thru garbage and cigarette butts. Store is extremely poorly stocked and has been for some time. I believe this stores sales would increase 40% if they were in stock. I went in for 7 items got 3

I walked in just to get a few items and saw the cashier looking devastating. Found out she was a manager in training and the one who was training her, just walked off handing her keys and quit. Manager in training didn't actually know exactly to do (except from what she was taught). People was still in the store. I couldn't leave her there by herself so me and a gentleman stayed to help out where we could until another manager could get to her. Thank God a manager came and continued with processing. I thank everyone for being so patient and kind with the dilemma.

Call earlier looking for items they said that they had I drive over an hour to go get these items and they didn't have them and half a mile when employees don't know what item you're talking about or they don't have time to look or can't take a number to call you back when they're not busy with customers so you're not driving 2 hours for nothing

This is a great place shop great experience wonderful people to check you out and very helpful and polite about helping you clean and well organized I recomend this store to every one I have bought stuff for $1 and went to other stores and seen the same idential item for a much higher price at least double if not four times the price or more so stop here frist then go to your other shopping places or when you do go to dollar tree and seen the same thing for a dollar same quality that you paid a lot of money for at another store your going to feel like kicking your own botty

Dollar Tree on 202 Anniston, Al The cashier was need did not understand that a clearance sticker over the barcode meant that was the price after she rang it up at full price I did not catch it till after I had already pay the so called manager finally decided to come out of the officeshe acting like she did not know how to give a she had to call her boss to find out what to do not to mention it took almost 45 minutes just for me to get my $3.30 back so whoever was working July 25th Saturday at about 5 pm does not know how to work a register not to mention the so-called manager didn't even have her mask on

I always enjoy shopping at Dollar Tree. only problem I noticed is only one cashier and a very long line of customers . Manager should at least open another register to help with the flow of customers.

Love this store they have a very big selection of merchandise at a great value I have bought lots of things here and will continue to shop here. But on the bad side of it they only have one of the 3 check outs open

Do not buy your plastic table cloths here I brought 4 purple one's the first and second time and they were ragged they wouldn't even let me exchange the first ragged set for another so we thru the first set away but I'm returning the second set for I have the recite.

Nneds more staff and more stock on the shelf and need to hire a sweeper truck to clean the parking lot in a regular basis. Take pride if ownership.
