Within the last month this store has had a complete changeover. The aisles are free of clutter, the shelves are stocked properly,the floors are clean and I am able to find the merchandise easily. I'm very impressed with the makeover. Congratulations 👏🏽!!!

I can always count in this store for.basic necessities. They have been out of the candy I want for over a month. They are stingy with after holiday sales. Only had one rude cashier in all of.my years of going here. Nice comfortable clean environment.

Employees were very rude. There were no buggy's for me to put my stuff in. Why shop somewhere if you ant got a buggy to put your stuff in. I was going to sit a box on the floor that one of the employees was using to stock with. And she jumped all over me for doing it. Dollar General needs to screen there employees better. There were several people said that they would not be back.

I love dollar general I shop their more than I shop at Walmart clover valley has very good canned foods at 2/ $1 can't beat it . Good prices on everything. Their store cares enough to have cashier's to check you out.I hate Walmart because after buying groceries I don't want to wrestle the checking a buggy full of stuff out and bagging it.The cashier's are courteous and friendly and always ask if you found everything you needed. And if you didn't find it they'll check to see if any is available in stock. That's the way I like to be treated when I spend my money with them each week. Great prices on toliet paper and paper towels their brands are as good as most any name brand products. Saturdays are very busy at most stores and the 1 st of the month. They're a good place to shop and save on items that's cheaper there than at Walmart.

I just ran in with my receipt to return a tea pitcher and have never seen a person who hated their job like this cashier. She threw the scanning wand, slammed the item down, barked at me, What did you do to it? It took everything in me to just stay calm and get out of there. I love Dollar General and I love my Dollar generals I don't think I will be going back to this one.

Cashier was friendly, but 8 people were in line and she was the only one working a register. I put my item down and walked out. Maybe someone helped her after I left, because she was not the only worker present. I will give them the benefit of the doubt. But still 2 stars for my experience on this visitOnly reason I gave 2 and not 1, is because the cashier smiled and had a friendly attitude. So just for her, 1 extra star.

This has got to be the worst dg I think I've been in (coming from a store manager for 7yrs with dg) employee was sitting on a foot stool behind the counter with all kinds of freight on the sales floor around her needing to be worked. Asked for the bathroom, she says "theydont got one". Her attitude was the problem. The condition of the store is one thing, but to be rude on top of that, unacceptable!!! I will not be back.

Last week I encountered a very pleasant cashier, and a person I believe to be some type of manger that was trash talking on her cell phone the entire time I was in the store. Today this same trash talker was still on her phone, even while she Snatched my basket from my hands and refused to sell me the clearance items, as well as the full price items I was attempting to pay for. She proceeded to scream at me and Demanded I leave Her store. There are plenty of other DG's close to this location with very friendly staff. Drive the extra 1/2 mile to shop at another location.

slow pokes not needed attitudes every time I shop there and we ask something. always treating everyone like they are thieves no matter. what that offended me . i changed dollar general recently and haven't had one problem 100 times better than my last ..thanks yall

Store was messy, and the lady in the back was rude when I asked her a question. Stuff off the shelves and on the floor like a child came in and destroyed it bc their parents wasnt watching them. Only thing good was the cashier. I don't remember her name but she was sweet.

The store is undergoing a transformation, and I'm excited about the changes; however, the cashier was on a personal call the WHOLE time I was in the store and even while checking me out. She missed a great opportunity for me to brag on the changes. Her loss.

Super tight packed, boxes or other "stocking" goods sitting in what little aisle space there is to begin with. Cashier has to be tracked down or you may as well grab yourself a camping chair on your way to the counter.

All personnel are.so unprofessional!! Never greet customers talking on the phone with a full conversation while ringing customers up. Long lines even though other employees are present they will not open another Register to get customers serve. Need to get more professional people with customer service in this store.

Really nice store on Quintard, close to greenbriar . Clean, well stocked. Found things that Sam's,.walmart and Publix that are out of. Staff wear mask. Sadly, some ignorant people didn't, but only a few. Store.much better than the Golden springs store.

Awful little store very nasty everything is just laying out in the middle of the floor while the manger is outside smoking in the front door which is very disrespectful towards customers who have allergies or asthma... This store is horrible and no one cares... If someone was to come in this store in a wheelchair they wouldn't be able to get down the isle... That is so wrong.... Why doesn't DG care about there customers.....

I tried to return a rug and the general manager was very rude and unprofessional. She cursed and sweated at me and was unable to return the rug because she said it was used and that's why we were returning it. I'll never go there again and tell everyone about it. She should be fired. But she wouldn't give me the number for someone higher up the her nor would she state her name. Worst experience of my life

Just walked in for a charger. Quick in and out. Just how I like it. Most DG I wait an eternity to check out. So this location definitely deserves 5 starts

Clerk was not inside store for 10 min. A customer had to go outside to find her. Freezers chained up. Many items not on shelves for customer to access. The cashier said they keep several items like detergent, phone chargers, douches behind the registers. Why? There are men in the parking lot asking ladies for money. ETC ETC ETC

It appears they've recently expanded their home section at this location and it's pretty nice. However they should really do something about all the rolltainers blocking the sales floor.
