The Dollar General on Choccolocco Rd is a complete mess! You cannot get down the aisle because of carts of stock in your way. Someone left torn down boxes on floor that is cause for someone to slide down. Some people may not see them. Please someone get it cleaned up before someone gets hurt bad.

The spot ½ gallon milk was in said $1.65 when I when to check out the cashier ( old black lady) was very rude, hatefully also very loud she never did say sorry someone put it in the wrong place all I got was " NO IT'S $2.50" when I told her it was in the spot $1.65 she replied "I can't help that" this store as when straight down hill I try x-hard NOT TO GO IN THAT STORE!!

The new manager here has some problems. He's messy with his store, not cleaning up items fell in the isles and leaving boxes everywhere and the store has became very poorly stocked. Last week I needed black olives can dog food, chicken noodle soup a few more and none was on the shelf and the cashier said it was all in the back. There was hardly any can food put out but they could t get to the back. The carts of new stuff was out the door there was so much stock not put out.

I have been going to this location for over three years and the service has always been awesome. Even when new staff started working here the service has just always been awesome. I am truly appreciative of the professionalism of the staff. You all rock!!!

My experience after checking out @ Dollar general on choccolocco Rd in Anniston Al..The Cashier does not know "NOT" to place food items in the same bag with cleaning chemicals!.I'm still waiting to give a positive rating on my shopping experience with this store.Sadly, as long as this store continues to employ the same management with no store protocols to follow, nothing positive will ever change.

My local dollar store is disgusting. Every since the old manager ( Dale) has left the store has gone down hill. STOCK has not been put on the shelves and left boxed on carts! I use to buy at least 2 or 3 times a week, now only go 1or 2 times a month! Items I use to buy are no longer stocked, for example liquid coffee creamer. THIS STORE NEEDS A D.M. TO VISIT IT OR IT WILL GO UNDER!!@!

The employees are always friendly and you can us the DG online coupons at the register. Just make an account on the app and choose the coupons you want to use. At the register's pin pad screen there will be a grey button to use the coupons. You just type in your phone number and the coupons that match your current products will automatically be added to your purchase. I started using online coupons as soon as i figured out how to use it and hopefully anyone having trouble can use these tips. 😊

Definitely an ideal place in the right area. It is crazy to have to go out your way to get to a store just to get basic necessities. I enjoy coming here for anything products are always fresh and readily accessible. Great place to come to no matter where you are.

It seems to be a large store they have a lot of appeal for men, women, kids. Staff was very curtious and helpful. Negatively, the store is super hot witch makes an unpleasant experience on a hot humid day like today.

The store wasn't the problem. It was a cashier. I was in a line of 4 people, a girl opened a second cash register to lighten the load of her coworker. The guy behind me went over and I followed... only to have the cashier put up a "please use other register" sign while she was still checking out the guy I followed. She even inched it over more so definitely I would see it. I didn't buy my handful of items, and wont buy anything there while that girl is working. Horrible customer service.

No surprises, here. A DG near a trailer park. Meth heads in pajamas tucked into fuzzy boots wandering suspiciously. The mandatory bearded creepy fellow with black denim jeans and a bandana common to all dollar stores.One pleasant note: the staff IS friendly, if slightly bitter. There store is relatively clean. And methheads are often slightly classier than crackheads, and quieter, on occasion.

It had some things I needed but the store has boxes in the aisle shelves empty and to cluttered but it's no different then most Dollar General stores. There aisle are cluttered with merchandise that needs to be put up

Choccolocco rd one is awesome. Crystal is my favorite cashier. She's wonderful and always helpful. She introduced us to the digital coupons.
