Just left this particular Dollar General very upset! The manager (stormy) was screaming at the cashier, telling her she is not going to keep doing her job, and if she doesn’t get faster and pay more attention she will be out the door! Etc. Etc. This was done with her screaming at the poor cashier in front of me and another customer in line. I told the cashier I did not appreciate how she just spoke to you in front of me as a customer. The cashier would not even look me eye to eye, because I believe she was so embarrassed being screamed at and what was said, I believe she would have burst out crying if she made eye contact! I stopped at the door saying excuse me, excuse me, as the manger turned around, I told her I did not appreciate her saying what she said and it should not have been done in public in front of customers. That should have been done in private. The whole time she’s shaking her head up and down smiling at me like it’s her job just to satisfy my words. I asked her, you do not care do you? She started shaking her head left to right like no I don’t care. I told her she needed to go back to school and become a real manager because she sure was not one. I have never been to a business where management actually said such things to an employee. This particular store will never get any of my money again, I will drive out of my way so I don’t have to see such behavior. The man behind me said thank you for saying something and standing up for her, no one should be treated like that as an employee. He said he spoke and called her worse name than I did. So it shows it just was not me offended. I pray this cashier finds better employment and never has this happen to her again.

Clean store with friendly staff. The big problem is they only have one properly working cash register. They have a cash only when the line is out the door to check out. I inquired about the problem and the manager said corporate has not purchased the part needed to get the debit/credit function to work. Wth corporate. Come on down and let's shop together at 5:00pm and see how you like waiting and waiting to check out and leave!

Best DG I've been in. The management is very attentive to customer needs. The staff is professional and gets you in and out quickly, with a friendly smile. If you are buying something and cashier knows of discounted or larger size for a better deal, they're caring enough to let you know. Shelves stay full and clean store!!!!

They actually need more space for the people in this area. The location has been outgrown it's hard to find the items you need as soon as a delivery comes in.Love the store and the employees but they need more roomGrowth is good for DG I shop here now for most of my items rather than WalmartI'd like to see them have more clothes

I've been here quite a few times this mth, and every time, the aisle are filled with racks of products to be stocked for purchase, and the shelves are empty and if there is anything on the shelves for purchase, you get in line for checkout and there is 4 or 5 employees doing nothing except one at checkout. They dont open another register and they are not stocking . I usually come back next day expecting some of the product to be stocked and find the same results. Don't know who is managing(if anyone)but something definitely needs to be done....... Cashier's are very rude and have no sense of any kind of urgency and will stop ringing up customers and carry on conversations with people while customers wait to have their transactions completed. Just very poor customer service.... CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE!!!!!!

One lady working there was telling me they don't have a public restroom. Then a different lady said the toilets don't flush right after the first lady told me it's not public.

This Dollar General is normally free of stock in the isles. The cashier is always very attentive and helpful. There is always pleanty of parking and the store is very well lit in the evening One if the best things about Dollar General are the prices. They also have digital coupons in there app that are really money saving. I would recommend this Dollar General store to anyone who likes to have an easy and plesent shopping experience any day of the week.

I like dollar general but their store is to cluddered and the cashier that handled my merchandise did not know how to bag groceries. Who puts light bread in the bag with can goods? SMH they need more training........

Chech out girls are awesome! They help you to remember that with coupons or you spend25.00 and have old receipt you get 5.00 off your purchase! Great place to shop and its clean!

None of the dollar general stores have handicap bathrooms, but most of the stores don't offer public bathrooms any more.

Its close to home and has a great selection of goods. Smaller store then wal-mart so faster in and out. But the isles are always cluttered and shelves empty and stock waiting to be put up

The new manager is very nice! Which is much needed for this store! The lines are usually long, but they did have two registers open to make things go faster

The cashier that was on duty was very courteous and friendly however it is very frustrating that no matter when you go in there they never have any of the generic store-brand Mountain Dew in the 12 packs of the cans I don't know if someone is not ordering enough or if someone on the other end just is not sending them also about a year-and-a-half ago when I went in the restroom you are lucky if there is any toilet paper in there when you try to wash your hands the faucet where you turn the water off and on at has been broken off there is only a piece of metal sticking up that is almost impossible to push with one finger to try to get some water out of it today when I went in there I asked to use the restroom there was very little toilet paper in there and the sink is still in the same condition it was since that long ago now come on is the manager not reporting that the faucet on the sink does not work or does Dollar General simply not care that the faucet on the sink doesn't work and that it is almost impossible to wash your hands which one is it is it the manager or is it the corporate office not sending someone to repair it it has been this way for so long now

This is my "go to" store when I need something for the house and I need to get in and out quickly! I think there's a change in management because I've noticed new faces and better customer service

It's okay because it's close to my house. But it's usually kind of clustered in there and they card people that's 80 plus years old for cigarettes. It don't matter what age you look like they card you. I could understand it if you looked younger than 20 but when you look 30 40 and own up that's just stupid.

Of urgencI love that dollar generals are everywhere buy sometimes I can go an extra mile and get what I need in and out at a Walmart. Cash register lines get backed up frequently

I enjoy being able to shop and get what I need and not have to be bothered with going into the big stores! I appreciate being able to grab milk, eggs, ect.

Posting a one because there is no zero. Constant hang ups when calling the local store. Service is ok when shopping but there is no excuse for any business what so ever to just hang up the phone soon as it rings because you just do not "feal" like doing your "job".

Great prices! My only complaint is my dg coupons wouldnt come off so I couldn't get my saving. And no one could help me. So I wasn't to happy about that.

For the area its in, they need more lighting in there parking lot. They are real slow on restocking.Half the time i go there they do not have what im looking for, even though they carry the product.###unmanaged!!!

The cashier was very racist and had a bad attitude. The one with the screwed up nose to be exact. Mark that store off my list!!
