I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Circle K located on 800 S Quintard Ave in Anniston, Alabama. From the moment I entered the store, it became evident that this establishment fell short in several areas, leaving me thoroughly unsatisfied.First and foremost, the cleanliness of the store was appalling. The floors were dirty and sticky, and there were spills and debris scattered throughout the aisles. It was clear that the store had not been properly maintained, giving off an overall sense of neglect. The lack of cleanliness not only affected the appearance of the store but also raised concerns about the hygiene and safety of the products on offer.The customer service at this Circle K was abysmal. The staff appeared disinterested and indifferent, showing little to no effort in assisting customers or providing any form of friendly service. Their lack of attentiveness and dismissive attitudes made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. It was clear that they had no interest in ensuring a positive experience for patrons.Furthermore, the product selection and organization within the store were severely lacking. The shelves were poorly stocked, with several items missing or in disarray. It was frustrating to navigate through the store, as it seemed that basic organization and restocking were neglected. It was evident that minimal effort was put into maintaining a well-stocked and easily accessible inventory.To add to the frustration, the prices at this Circle K were unreasonably high. Basic items were significantly marked up compared to other convenience stores in the area. It felt like I was being taken advantage of as a customer, paying exorbitant prices for products that should have been more reasonably priced. The lack of fair pricing only added to the overall dissatisfaction with the experience.In conclusion, my experience at the Circle K on 800 S Quintard Ave in Anniston, Alabama, was incredibly disappointing and deserving of a one-star rating. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, disorganized shelves, and unreasonably high prices all contributed to a subpar experience. I would not recommend this particular Circle K location to anyone, as there are numerous other convenience stores in the area that provide a far superior experience.

The lady that was working when I arrived at 4:15 am was so sweet. She was apparently suffering with a foot or leg problem and was out cleaning the store as I came in. She hobbled to the register as fast as she could and then apologized. She had no reason to apologize because she was doing great. She could have been propped up somewhere instead of out cleaning. Great customer service.

I spent $24.00 On gas today Thanksgiving day. I have a $75 charge pending with no other charges.I tried calling the store but no one would answer. I will keep you posted on this review.

3 yrs later I'm adding to this review. Circle K finds adults that skipped high school and have worked at every gas station in Anniston. Today the clerk that stated she didn't wake up yet tried not to give me disounted price on cigarettes. I'm part of the loyalty rewards program and have the app. I'm there every other day. Usually she tries to put her phone number in so she can get the points. Even when you purchase gas they'll swipe their card. The soft packs are 2.00 cheaper than box when you buy 2 packs she knows that. I left and I'll be getting my gas and cigarettes at Samco. They have same special, no app. The owner is there making sure his store is ran right. The clerk with the dirty hair/dyed wild colors this is not the first time you've done this. I'm done with Circle K. I'll wait until traveling out of this area to use Circle K Also, why bring the manager from the other circle K location to manage this store. The store was filthy and the staff high. When she left the Lagarde location you immediately saw a change in staff and cleanliness. I'm done with Anniston's CircleK.3yrs ago To the clerk today that told me I was lying regarding my expired Connecticut driver's license. Connecticut residents have been given a 180 extension due to our DMVs remain closed. Ignorant of you to tell me that's not true because you just renewed yours. Smh because Alabama DMV is open Connecticut's is also. You took pleasure in not serving a 50yr old a pack of cigarettes that license expired the end of May. Like I said your a miserable person. I was able to get car insurance, cash a 5,300. Check, and even use expired license to obtain Alabama driver's license. Amazing how everyone knows about extensions given due to Corona virus but this unhappy ignorant women.

Everything is great except the bath. The employees have taken the lady's room. And customers must share the men's room. Dirty, no tissue and no towels! As long as you don't need the restroom, your visit should be nice!

This is a clean gas station that has nice attendants that seam like they care about the job they do. The gas prices are usually lower than the competitors in the area. I would recommend this station for a quick visit. I also recomend the fountain drinks, they are less than a dollar for any size.

I filled up my gas tank, paid at the pump. I went inside to purchase snacks and drinks before we hopped on the interstate to head back home. I went to the bathroom and no toilet paper. Approached the counter and was told to wipe with the cardboard textured paper towel??? I noticed no toilet paper in the men's bathroom as well??? I used the bathroom and exited. As I passed down the aisle I noticed the was Circle K brand toilet paper for sell on the shelf. I approached the counter and asked why I could not use that toilet paper. The counter person shrugged her shoulders and turned her back to me and went into the back room??? I've been coming to this store for years, it's always been clean and the staff courteous. What happened???

I feel like there cigarettes are too high but you have to pay 1.00 dollar for a empty cup and there coffee could be cheaper but other than that they have good quality items a wide variety of things to buy shop with me please

One of the products I wanted to buy in the convenience store was not in their system, the cashier couldn't ring me up, and there was no manager to put in an override. I went again two weeks later to pick up the same product... STILL not in the system. I got to speak to the manager that time and was refused an override. "If it's not in our system, we can't sell it." ...well suffice to say I gave that manager some sage wisdom as far as keeping a business afloat, and keeping her job, which she took as a threat. I was then told to leave. So, if you work at this location, and you know who you are, you're not getting another damn dime out of me, and neither is any other store under your branding. If the store manages to fix its inventory management six months from now, and if they fire and replace their entire management staff, I MIGHT consider giving this store a better rating.

I think it's insane that they card everyone when you can plainly see someone is well over the age to by cigarettes but because they are to inept to train their employees everyone suffers the price. Poor poor management....

This place is absolutely disqusting! Was coming in from Atlanta and stopped here to gas up and use the bathroom. The gas handles were absolutely nasty and the bathroom had feces everywhere. This place should be shut down!

I have a blind son and there is an old grouchy,rude, unhelpful when he ask for help she told him umm you don't have to follow me everywhere.which he does this due to being blind he can still pick his own drink off self when she could put his hand on it.she don't belong working with us the public her rude additude sux and she belongs in a truck stop hole in the wall with that mouth.its last I checked you can't treat disabled this way .sicking to my core.i want her bosses name.i bet her additude changes or her job one😒

Well I have been in there and I didn't what y'all have said about this store it's always crowded so if it's the way y'all review it maybe y'all have mistakenly shop at the wrong one I have worked behind the caisheier job and 1 person can't do everything so fill out a application and help out I love this store I bet that on Sunday after noon you buy your beer there I do!!!!!💯💯💯

The place is always nasty, the people are very rude! They advertise a price outside but when you get in there they charge more and WON'T sell it to you for the price advertised outside.
