Recently changed insurance and had a sick newborn at home. Insurance was giving us problems trying to get all my information verified for the child. Kenny the pharmacy technician went above and beyond on his customer service and made it all happen by the time things were done. Will absolutely continue shopping here for the great customer service, especially in the Pharmacy.

Flip a coin to know if you can rely on getting your maintenance meds refilled. I have mine set to auto refill and lately, that just isn't happening. I have to call, go to store, or try using the app to scan the barcode. IT NEVER used to be like this. Management needs to address this. A pharmacy that can't reliably refill your prescriptions is dangerous.

Did not fill my prescription properly and therefore will cost me more money in long run. And didn't even tell me that the script was not filled correctly when picking up the medication. When I am off I will be transferring all of my stuff to a different pharmacy. All ways having problems with one thing or another with this pharmacy. Sad

Since this store has changed from Rite Aid, there have been some kinks, few computer problems, long waits, but that is always expected when a company changes hands. Now that this store has had some time to change over, it has started to find its groove, work out the kinks and such. Wait times are much lower now, and staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I recommend to everyone to download Walgreens App and use it to order prescriptions, photos, and clip coupons. Using the app to refill prescriptions and order photos is much easier and faster, and the apps gives you discounts just for using it. I enjoy shopping here because of the awesome staff and the easy to use app.

Visiting from out of state, my Dr. office sent my script over, they confirmed they received it, and when I called to pick up medication they said no script has been sent in. Now I have to wait for my Dr office to get another approval for my meds which can take up to two days because it's a controlled substance. Will not reccomend to anyone who has chronic illness, and needs their medication. Especially if they're out of town from their main pharmacy. Linda was really nice, and was trying to be helpful, but to get someone's medication that was sent electronically lost is unacceptable!

Took over an hour to fill a prescription. I had never been here before and there was no one else at the counter. They took over an hour because they put me into the wrong profile and had to correct it, stupid asses.

This Walgreens is absolutely horrible. You drop off your prescription one day and come back later the next day and it still has not been filled. It happens EVERY TIME we drop prescriptions off.
