It is horrible, I went to this store on the behalf of my mother to help pay the bills, and when I got to the check out, this employee named Faith was there at check out and had no idea how to do a vanilla reload on my mother's card and she had to find another employee to do the task for her, I do not recommend this store unless you have to go there, I mean if I was the boss of the establishment I would at least train my employees and expect them to use their training to good use and not cause any inconvenience.

I would advise everyone to use a different dollar general. The manager here is very rude and even if you're a paying customer. She is racist, uses the N word quite frequently, and makes fun of homeless and poor people. She is also very homophobic. How she got into management, I have no idea.

The middle aged white female that works as a manager is shockingly rude to other employees, and the customers. Her behavior epitomizes the word “ratchet”, and leaves one wondering if she doesn’t fight pit bulls and chickens behind the building as a side hustle? I will not go back in that store, and it’s not like you can’t drive ten miles in any direction and run into another DG…

Love this local store and the employees are always friendly and helpful. I wasn't to thrilled about the lack of space in the isles, I had to back my cart up instead of just turning the buggy around to go back to another isle. Also there really isn't much room for two people to pass by in the same isle, its a bit to small.

This Dollar General is always stocked pretty well and fairly neat. The staff are friendly and helpful, which isn't the norm for the other DG's in the area. I have always enjoyed shopping at this location. Using the Dollar General app has proven to be very useful for savings and coupons. I recommend downloading it! You can choose which coupons you want and when you sign in with your telephone number at the register it takes off any coupons you have checked off in the app.

I sit outside the business waiting for it to open at 8:00 8:03 an employee finally unlocks the door to let another employee in and then turns around and locks it back I can't sit and continue to wait seeing that I'm late for my appointment but when they say they open at 8:00 they really need to open at 8:00 instead of wasting people's time

This location is great...you can enjoy the food that is greatly prepared and not overcooked. The staff is great as they make sure you never have to ask for a refill, and that's rare in any place just about these day's it seem like!Go check them out, and enjoy the food...and the prices as well☺

Lines are too long before people come to open up the 2nd register. The line was half way back through the 1st isle before someone else decided to help the other girl out. People very upset having to wait so long in line. Service could be better

I honestly hate this store when the Assistant manager Samantha is working. I have heard her make comments about a customer once after they walked out. It Was an elderly lady. Amd she asked a question. As soon as she walked out. She said to the cashier "people like that I just wanna punch in the face." I was so shocked didn't know how to react. I live close to it. But will usually drive to the one in Saks to avoid her

The shelves are empty. There have been boxes around the store for a week unopened! I have had to find the products I wanted and open the boxes to get it out! They have been out of the large bags of Alpo for my dogs for months now!

I pulled in the parking lot at 9:20pm and it says y’all close at 10pm and 2 employees lock the door and told me there closed now and I told them I needed dog food and I was told that it wasn’t there problem.

I hate this store! They are so rude and disrespectful! Always out of everything you need! Only one cashier the line is so ridiculous! Went Saturday to Dollar General been buying cigarettes there for 11 years they told me I have not been they don't sell them they've been selling them for last 11 years!! So they call me a liar I will never step foot in that store again

Dollar General in Alexandria is a good store with polite employees. I usually stop there on my way home from work and of course you get to know people after a little time.

Wouldn't exchange a broken toy because it was not in package. Had receipt. Will mot buy any tiys from Dollar General at Alexandria, Alabama. Cashier was rude.

This place is the worst place to shop my visit this store and we paid for are stuff exited the store and what do you know the sheriff's department was outside waiting on us they informed us that the employees had called and said we were stealing so they searched me and my wife and all of are bags including my wife's purse and found nothing but what we had paid for so the cop went in and told the employees that we had nothing but what was on are receipt and to make things worse when I got home I call the corporate office and they said the GM would be contacting me and still to this day some two months later nothing so shop there at your on risk.
