Nothing special here.. except for maybe the deli plates 😏They don't have a lot of items your looking for and what they do have is horribly overpriced! Worst produce ever! They really need to focus on the basic needs of local shoppers. Cut inventory in half and by doing so they should be able to offer better quality produce and also reduce waste.Their deli plates are amazingly delicious and priced reasonably enough.Cashiers seem to lack adequate training and obviously have not been shown how to treat the customer.. no eye contact.. no "how are you?" .. no "thank you, see you next time!" .. and most look at you like you're wasting their time! If you can make it a little further down the road to shop elsewhere then do that! If not Food Outlet may not have the best prices but they make you feel welcome and appreciated!

In my honest opinion, the store is ok. I don't shop there to often. Most people are ok but in that regard i think the deli manager needs to be fired. She is not the sharpest tool in the shed and has no regard for the life and safety of her employees. She is always rude and talking down to them as if they are less than. She most certainly does not need to be a manager of any kind. She needs a dose of reality and anger management classes. In all my years as a manager and now a business owner, I'd never treat my employees as she does hers. You really need to find a new deli manager. You may get more business.

Very clean. Unless it's on sale, prices are higher than most grocery stores. The guys that stock the store will help you when you can't find something.I am editing my review due to a bad experience I had last month. I will make every effort not to shop here from now on.I always check dates on most items I purchase because I have left too many stores with expired food. I purchased Krispy Kreme donut bites. The sticker showed they expired July 10. I opened a pack and ate one without looking at it first. I looked inside the package and found black mold covering the next one. So gross. I was left wondering if I should contact Krispy Kreme to let them know their donuts were spoiled, but I looked over the package and found there were multiple stickers on the box. They were three months past the date. I called and spoke with the owner to let him know that he might want to pull them. He insisted they come with stickers on them; that his bakery department didn't do it. They are the same stickers that every product in the bakery department has, so I do not believe him, and I no longer trust anything that I would ever buy there if this is their practice.

Prices on meat is ridiculous here. I stopped by to grab some hamburger meat and walked out. Who can afford $18 for 1 pack?

I stopped in and grabbed a few things. The store was neat and clean. I was able to find everything that I went in looking for and some that I wasn't too. Lol. When I got to check out, I didn't have to wait in line. I was able to check out immediately. Everyone was cordial. So all that is well, ends well.

Very clean and well stocked and plenty of selection to choose from. Their deli is great, my favorite is fish on Fridays. You can get a 3 piece fish dinner with 2 sides and a roll for $5.99 and the desserts are as tasty and they are various. You can get everything from a red velvet cake to banana pudding.

I go across the county to get vegetables here. They always have fresh produce for an affordable price. Can't go wrong there. Store is clean especially around the meat market and nothing is out of date like some stores. That tells me that management keeps on top of everything. I like that.

The people who work her are always nice and usually check out takes less than 2 minutes. Plus they are always having a sale of some kind. And if I'm not mistaken a lot of their veggies are farmed local. Oh! They have a buy one get one sale a lot too.

This is one of the best stores in our little town. Always clean. Lots of decent prices. Good produce and fruits. Great bakery and deli. Fantastic prices and a large selection of canned vegetables, fruits, cakes etc. Go shopping, you won't regret it!!

Alexandria’s Foodland is a wonderful grocery store. They are well stocked in every department. Their deli, produce, and meat departments are outstanding. Steve Burney heads the produce department and he always sees that the food is well displayed and of top quality. If you haven’t been inside to shop here, it is well worth coming to Alexandria.

Went in today and paid for my food soon as I got though paying for it I forgot something and ask the cashier could I leave the bags up there sure she said came back she had close . Then I ask her for my bags she couldn't say nothing then a young lady came in the store with only two of my food I brought. I never be back in there again got no money back or nothing.So that's the end of my trip there.

Absolutely the most horrible gro. store I've had to shop at..Where do they get their immature produce ? I guess they buy the cheapest available, then sell it back to folks higher than it should be.. if only there was a better gro store to shop.. I may be shopping at Pic & Save. I loved this store when it first opened. But now all I see is prices rising from high to OMG super high. I guess their customers are helping pay for their high on the hog living. Great job Eric..😵

Bascily has everything that you need. Very clean and unlike Wal-Mart They dont rearrange their shelfes where you can't find anything. Very friendly and helpful if you can't find anything. The deli always looks and smells great. The deli food is also great. I would recommend it to anyone!

Their white fish in the deli is delicious... generous portion, crunchy and not greasy at all! Restaurant quality for an amazing price.

They only get 1 star just do i can post this, seems tk be owned by religious people which isn't the issue because I tk don't believe I evolved from a tadpole. My issue comes from people who don't want others telling them how to live but find it ok to tell others. They choose not to sell alcohol in thier store to keep people from drinking and even tho I dont drink I find it odd that they push thier beliefs onto others. What they should understand is that the first miracle that Jesus performed was turning water into wine, yet some will say that the wine isn't the same as our wine today. Either way the sin isn't drinking the sin is gluttony.

Everything is great except produce. Great prices, everything I need and very convenient for me! Produce is sometimes bad on the shelf and if you buy it...you should use it immediately. Clean and if they dint have it...they will try and get it to stock for you.
