I was having problems with receiving a digital copy of a passport photo, and they told me that there was nothing they could do to help me. All they had to do was resend me the passport photo to my email but instead they wasted my money and more importantly my time.

I experience this rude front desk worker at the pharmacy she really do not know how to talk to people are treat them she talk like she really does not care about her job and talk to people with very non consistent service she is rude with the way she addresses people I ask to speak to the manager she inform me that it wasn’t gone to get nothing done but unfortunately the manager was very sweet and got my meds if it wasn’t for Kate I would have went off but because of here sweet presence I’m okay need more people like Kate there she makes it worth going back but if it was left up to me I would go back

I had a package and it was tapped up and ready to ship fed ex. I had the email with the QR code to ship. Well they were rude and lazy and said they did not take QR codes! It was a prepaid package - never have I had that experience at a Walgreens location! This is part of the process! Never will I walk back in this store!!

tried to fill a prescription that wasn’t even active from a doctor I don’t even use then had the audacity to tell me I was trying to fill it twice. pathetic judgmental excuse of a staff.

Pharmacy received my prescription from my doctor on Monday and I have been calling since to check on it and was never told it was out of stock. I called this morning to have my prescription transferred and they were rude and unprofessional. They left Walmart on hold for 10 minutes. I started calling at 9 a.m. and it is now 2:30 p.m. and 2 days later. My husband had to call and they just now transferred the prescription. I feel as though they do not care about anyone.

I feel like the pharmacy takes no accountability. There have been several times that I've got to pick up my husband's prescriptions and they don't give them all to me so I have to make a second trip to get the remaining. I have called and complained and the response I got back was you need to make sure that you are getting everything. I'm sorry I feel that as a paying customer I should be getting treated like a paying customer. It is the pharmacist job to make sure they are giving out all the prescriptions and the correct prescriptions to each customer.

I was literally at Walgreens for 4 hours trying to get some prescriptions filled 12/31/21. One min the drive thru is closed, one min it’s open. One min you only can drop prescriptions off in the inside only, the next you can do drop offs and pick ups. Suggestion!! When all of your customers prescriptions aren’t filled because the medication isn’t available until Monday (just go ahead and tell your customers so they can go to another pharmacy to pick it up) not having the customer come back for the 4x today. This pharmacy is just really unorganized. Maybe the manager should ask for management advices from Corporate.

I dropped off two prescriptions with them on Friday the 30th at about 2:30. The lady said they would have them ready by 4:30. So I went by to pick them up and low and behold the prescriptions weren't ready they said. But actually they were ready and sitting there to be picked up. Then they didn't know how to file it on our insurance correctly. My wife gets her medicine there every month with no problems. We have the exact same insurance plan. But they said my insurance was not under contract with Walgreens. Blue Cross Blue Shield now. They just didn't know what they were doing. Daniel at Hometown Pharmacy was a lifesaver. Hometown will have all my business from here on out.

When this store opened the staff were absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! In my opinion they've gone from a 5 star to a 1!! Idk if it's the fault of management or just the attitudes of the staff in general, but it's a shame. The issue is the drive thru. Obviously the staff all have different ideas of how it should be ran and that's my complaint. Once we dropped off a Rx and was told an hour. We came back in an hour and was told another 40 mins. I was told to pull around because the drive through was really busy. I refused and the staff threatened to CALL the police!!!! Today I went to drop off a Rx for a refill. We sat behind a car for 20 minutes waiting because the staff did not tell the person to pull around because it would be 20 more minutes. I've been a loyal customer of this store since they first opened, but the inconsistency and attitudes from the staff at the drive through have me considering other options.

Lots of errors with prescriptions. I've only used them about three months...and only have ONE prescription, but am having to deal with scripts not being refilled as directed and billing errors. That means I have to spend a lot of my time on the phone with the insurance company. Not worth it to me. Will definitely look for another pharmacy. I think constant staff turnover and lack of knowledge/training contributes to this problem.

One of the largest and cleanest Walgreens I have every been in. There was a small glitch in the calling in of my Rx, but with a phone call, the Rx appeared quickly and we waited less than 10 minutes to have it filled. Also, there were no issues with my out-of-state Rx plan and getting coverage for my medication. I wish all the drug stores in my neck of the woods were like this Walgreens!

While the shelf price on everything is high, the pharmacy is friendly and quick and seem to know their stuff. The online features make refills and even consults easy. Also the generics they sell seem to be the best reviewed; while some say it's all the same I feel some work better than others.

Made a Covid booster appt using the online app. The people at the pharmacy required all the same info that was given to them the 1st, 2nd, as well as online. My appt was for 10:40, yet at 11:05 I am still sitting here waiting. If you can’t manage a service, don’t offer it. This is one of the reasons why compliance is at an all time low!

Best Pharmacists & Pharmacy Techs here!!! Our location takes time to talk about meds and even helped save some cash by looking up coupons for meds on GoodRX HOW NICE IS THAT!!!!! GREAT EMPLOYEES BOTH PHARMACY AND STORE HUGE THANK YOU!!!!!

I have shopped in Walgreens at least twice a month, they do have some good sales at time. Pharmacy staff is very helpful, and has information that you need for your medication, to make a good decision.

Pharmacy literally does not care about you. I am missing two prescriptions that I NEED because i’m really sick. They didn’t bother to let me know they were out of stock or even give me any type of reason why i didn’t get those prescriptions. They just didn’t give them to me

I had surgery in the Alex City area. I'm from Pell City. We had to go to quite a few pharmacies in Alex City but only Walgreens had enough medicine to fill my prescription. Thank you.
