OTR Driver here. Delivered here. Friendly folks, unloading good. They tend to start unloading at around 0700 here. Dock access/correct setup is best coming around the back of the store on the opposite side of the TS building, this sets you up for the dock ramp. Be aware that there is a Dollar General next to them which if they have a delivery going on will block access to the TS dock, in my case they were delivering the night I arrived but my delivery appt.was for next morning so worked out okay. OVNP yes in back off to the side. See photos for further details.

Last Saturday I purchased a 5000/4000 champion generator from Tractor Supply. Today we opened the box and tried to run the generator, which poured gasoline out of the bottom of the generator almost as fast as we poured it in the gas tank. I took it back to the store and exchanged it for another Champion generator of the same model etc. Upon getting this one home and unboxing it we again tried to run it after pouring in all required liquids. IT WOUDNT CRANK AND RUN. we tried using engine starter in the carburetor but IT WOULDNT RUN!I called the manufacturer and after giving him the model and serial I found out that this GENERATOR IS 2 YEARS OLD AND THAT CHAMPION ASKS ALL RETAILERS TO SELL THEIR GENERATOR BEFORE 6 MONTHS because of the fuel stabilizer put in the fuel tank. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THESE GENERATORS ARE ALL RUN BEFORE THEY LEAVE THE MANUFACTURER TO ENSURE THEY ARE GOOD.I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN TRACTOR SUPPLY at this point! I WILL THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE I PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE OF SUBSTANTIAL COST!I am purchasing Seafoam as the manufacturer suggests AT MY COST in hopes this generator will run. Otherwise, I don t know what else to do but return it.Why are you selling 2-year-old generators that evidently have been rough handled (first one we bought) and set up so long they won t run????I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT I BOUGHT WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A NEW GENERATOR ONLY TO FIND OUT IT IS 2 YEARS OLD!!!!!!!!

This is late in coming but I have to rave about the service I received from TSC Alexander City, AL! I had an electronic fence controller quit working before the warranty expired. The 3 gentlemen I encountered fixed the problem in record time and helped me shop for other items! I love this store!!

Went in to get pine pellets. I get that there is limited space in this store for everything that they carry, but this store apparently has no clue as to what these pellets do. They were stored outside in an unsheltered fenced area subject to any rain that has fallen since they were put there. The plastic bag they come in is not waterproof, so they have started disintegrating.They got 3 stars cause one employee did go out to get a bag and put it in the truck after they argued that it was on the sidewalk.

We always find interesting things to look at here when we come in for our animals food. We like the bird feeders and selection of bird food. The selection of clothing and boots is nice. My husband purchased work boots there. After wearing them a couple of days, they hurt his foot badly, causing abrasions. I took them back and the manager was very nice and professional. He exchanged the boots for a different pair.

I swear this is the best tractor supply I have ever been in! I honestly have never had a complaint with any tractor supply but the store manager at this particular location has gone above and beyond to help me on so many occasions! It's OK. Employees are all over the place, not very helpful. Really over priced. I don't know much about the farming lifestyle, but it's still steep prices. Cute decorations. Good to pick up pet treats and pet care items.
