I love taking my dog Fiji here. Best veterinary in town. Reasonable priced, takes good care of your pet. Everything done as requested. Fiji loves going here also. Next time consider taking your pet here, I recommend.

Terribly overpriced! And terrible service. Vet assistant/tech not very knowledgeable or experienced. Everyone here is short tempered and not at all friendly... Dr Anderson seems like she's well. I just wished the animal shelter would let you choose which vet to use to get your pet fixed and vaccinated. I was charged for vaccines that the shelter covered. I also didn't receive the rabies shot in the bundle... Terrible malpractice. This office can learn to do better.

Dr. Smith and Dr. Anderson have been my pets' veterinarians since I returned to Alexander City in 2006. My Daddy used Alexander City Vet Clinic with my pets growing up so when I had to have a vet for our pets after returning in 2006 then I went back to Alex City Vet Clinic. I do appreciate how they care especially when you have a senior pet and have to make the hard decision to put them to sleep. They care and understand that pets are not just animals but are members of the family. Thank you for all you did and do Dr. Smith and Dr. Anderson for my family pets.

This place is amazing. They took great care of my pup during her appointments, and are always able to answer questions or concerns I have. They also use an amazing app to keep up with your pet’s appointments, prescriptions, and future vaccinations—it’s amazing.

Staff was rude. Brought our baby in for a c-section told to sign paperwork and leave. When we asked questions they were very rude so we left and took her to a vet in Montgomery. We won't go back. A very different experience than we had our first visit with the doctor herself that we actually really liked. Too bad the staff in the back blew that.

Overall great care. Tech could have had alittle more empathy for us when we brought our dog in for surgery. Surgery went great, we're waiting in pathology told that could take 2 weeks. Been seeing Doctor here for yearly visits for 5 years and have always been happy with the care given.

I love the staff at Alex City Vet they are so good with all the animals and the pet parents as well, I highly recommend this vet to any pet parent, I promise you will not be disappointed they are the absolute best.

Great experience boarding my dog, Moonshine. He was happy and well cared for. I also had him bathed, and he smelled great! They did a great job getting the loose hair off of him. Definitely will use the Alex City Vet Clinic again!

Bad vist ending with my cat covered in her own feces & urine. Failed to get a actual physical exam. After charging me over $500 for my pets exams. They would not communicate with Chewy to get my prescriptions at a better price than the vet offered. Even the Shampoo they gave me for my dog was $17.00 more than the on line site. I will not be taking my babies back there again. My poor cat Patches is still in shock from this visit. We had been using them regularly before this incident, something must have changed in the past year! Zero stars for them!

Take great care of my dog, Cooper. Grooming is good, but could be better. My Cocker spaniel never looks the same after each grooming. I highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic.

I was physically nauseous when I took my puppy in there. He had hurt his leg playing around the lake and was was sure he broke something how he was acting.The Nurses and the Doctor took him in and gave him the works. They made sure Chewy was indeed okay and they also helped reassure me that he just needs some rest and he will heal fine.I want to thank them for fitting me into a cancelation earlier than my scheduled appointment and I know chewy is happy you were able to give him some anti-inflammatory pills during his healing process. He is home and sleeping like a rock he hasn't moved since I set him on his blanket. :-)
