In and out in less than 5 minutes.As soon as I walked in the store I had two people immediately greet me and ask if they could help. I was looking for a rather obscure set of plumbing fittings when a young man who I believe was named Dalynn helped me quickly find. I was already prepared to be searching around for the better half of an hour to find what I needed but was pleasantly surprised when I left.Have you ever been to Lowe’s and walked around for several minutes looking for someone to help you? That certainly won’t happen here. Just wish they had some pots and pans.

I've called roughly 13 stores between Boaz, guntersville, Douglas, and Albertville trying to find lift off hinges and this was the only store to have them. I spoke with 2 men on the phone, I can't remember one of their names but the other guys name was Cody and they were both very polite. Thank y'all!

I LOVE this store...knowledgeable,friendly ppl ...competive pricing ... The only reason I cant rate 5 stars is bc of the automated system when you call the number listed online...i hit ' 1 ' for hardware and my call gets dropped multiple times,saying ' entry not valid ' or something similar.
