My dogs stayed here for the weekend while I was out of town. They were very well taken care of. They had a nice room to stay in and daily play time. They were bathed before I returned. Usually they are nervous when I've been gone but this time they were happy. I recommend The Fur Coat.

My hooman takes me once a week to play with my buddies. I get so excited ; it's my favorite day of the week.Except.... when my hooman wants me bathed and groomed- it cuts into my play time. If you bring your puppy, that gives me one more buddy. And trust me, we would have lots of fun!!Toby

My sweet Chato came in for a grooming/doodle day, I’m not local, drove 45 min away since I heard they were amazing, and let me just tell you, I recommend them 1000 times yes, they were sweet since walking into the building, getting him set up, I was nervous since it was his first grooming sessions since he’s just a little pup, and this is the first time I ever let anyone take care of him, and I felt at ease, the staff was very friendly, the owner was super nice, and was who checked us out. They had loads of activities set up for pups of all sizes, you can really tell these folks do it for the love of animals. ♥️ I initially brought him this way since I work in the area, and when I first called about grooming they also stated the doggy day care was allowed as well, and working a 8-5 job this would work great for us! We might of just found ourself a day care for my sweet baby!

Great place to take your pets! The staff is Amazing with your pets, the room for your pet has a t.v. bed and toys as if they are at home.

This place is amazing and I would not trust my fur babies with anyone other than Cindy and her crew. We received daily photos and video updates about our babies and they treat the pets as if they were their own.

I’m new in town and have tried other groomers and this is the first time I’m 100 percent pleased. I was very happy with the overnight stay. My baby smelled wonderful when I arrived for pickup.

My grandmother loved bringing our dog to this place, but recently it hasn't been great. The last two times she has dropped him off for a groom he has come back with cuts and a burn which boiled up and this most recent time, I'm not sure if they changed products, but he had no issues with fur falling out but his fur is falling out left and right around his head and tail. We aren't too happy nor satisfied with his recent visits.

This was my first time away from my two schnauzers. I put my babies in their hands for 5 days. They sent me videos and pictures all the time. I could tell they were content. They had their own private room with an actual small bed and tv that was on an animal channel. They kept soft music going for them too. They carried them outside everyday. I was totally at peace being away from them. I highly recommend them if you need to be away from you baby either a day or a week. They were bathed and perfected groomed when we picked them up.

All the staff here were very polite. They had availability with very short notice from me. They administered my dogs daily medication. While I was away I was able to see videos of my dog having a good time playing with the staff and other dogs. The price was fair and I won’t hesitate to bring her back to the Fur Coat Inn next time.

Wasn't aware that alot of places wouldn't board a medium to large dog or a husky breed (apparently because husky are vocal and over excited breeds), but luckily I found this place and they told me it was no problem with his size or breed! Super friendly staff! My puppy had a blast I watched him play with other doggies. He got his exercise in most definitely. And I paid to have him groomed! Most definitely will be using this place many more times to come! Cooper loved the staff. He didn't meet a stranger at all lol.

My dogs, Cali and Baylorr, stayed here for a whole week and they/I loved it! They were very well kept and they even sent pictures of the girls! The owner and staff are very nice and personable! Highly recommend keeping your dogs at the Fur Coat Inn! 🐾

They were so nice. My baby had to have some medicine to make him sleepy so they could trim his face.They held the grooming spot over for him while I took him to the vet.After returning explain how long the doctor said it would take for the medicine to kick in and they took him and kept him and what is that length of time and then they bathing then his nails done this trim his hair and all this other stuff.He was beautiful when he came out.

I have had my dogs groomed and boarded with The Fur Coat for several years now. I am so happy that if I have to board them, they are well taken care of. They treat your fur babies like family. The ladies there are great!

Our puppy loves getting groomed here! The past two places he has been so anxious and upset when we pick him up and can't leave quick enough.But at The Fur Coat Inn, he loves to play and even loves on the staff before we leave. It makes it so much easier to leave him. And they do a great job on his grooming!

So I just took my 10lb Yorkie to this establishment with instructions to give her a puppy cut with a PONY TAIL. My Nala is 2 years old, been to groomers since she was a pup. Never had hair on her head cut just trimmed. Always in a pony tail. They told my husband the groomer had trouble trimming her face. Jessica the owner, cut all her hair off and then refused to apologize. Just argued and told me it's just hair, it'll grow back. Even told me her hair was matted., which is a flat out lie. I just bathed her a week ago and I use Chi conditioner on my baby girl! Then she hung up on me, refused my money back and threatened me if I called her shop again. Offered nothing to make up for it. She is very rude and just lost 2 customers with 6 dogs. DON'T TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES HERE!! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEM OR YOU!!! ZERO STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS. 1 star cause Nala isn't hurt, but I sure am heartbroken. I know her hair will grow back but the way I was just treated is uncalled for. I've been in management for 20 years and I would never treat a customer like I could care less for their inconvenience or displeasure. I wasn't cursing but I did let her know I was not happy about it. She didn't care just hung up on me. First and last time I will ever take my babies here!!! Oh and told her I would give a bad review, she didn't care about that either. No respect for others. Just very rude!!!

My chihuahua was in desperate need of a nail clipping, but has been terrified since her last experience. I saw their trailer in my neighborhood and stopped to talk to them about it and they offered for me to bring her to them to see. They cut her nails and freshened her up and charged a great price! They were able to cut her nails without making her bleed! I appreciate them so much!! A zillion stars!

Took my dog in today, for grooming... Most places ask for appointment days ahead. But she was able to get my shih tzu in within an hour of calling. She did an amazing job. We'll be taking our dog there from now on.

Did not like the way my dogs looked and smelled when I picked them up from the business. They smelled like pee and I paid good money for them to take care of my pups. I do not recommend this business to board your dogs.

Leave your animal here and then maybe pick it up later? Reason being that they can't seem to keep the animals from escaping and can often be seen chasing them through Albertville.

I brought my dog for 3 years to Petco he always came home sad, distant I thought it was normal. I brought him here home from the fur coats as happy as I ever saw him God Bless the staff there....They truly care for your pet they don't just service them!!!!!5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
