I was recommended Strictly Pups by a lady at the dog park I did my research and thought I was in good hands, I have a Siberian Husky and any experienced Siberian Huskies owners know you don’t shave Huskies ever with clippers. While booking his appointment the lady on the phone asked if I wanted a tidy trim I declined and stated I only wanted a bath and blow dry for him. Everything was fine when I dropped him off they seemed like really nice people, when they called to tell me he was finished she said the total was going to be a little more then quoted due him having fleas which is fine I understood that and she also informed me that they trimmed his paw pads which I didn’t want done but I wasn’t going to complain.When I arrived home I noticed him licking his paws and biting at his lower stomach area and noticed he had 2 red spots on his paws and that his lower stomach had been completely shaved. This is my worst nightmare and the reason I’ve never taken him to the groomer because of all the horror stories I’ve read from other husky’s owners and grooming experiences. I take great care of him I brush him daily he has never had a single mat in his fur and there was no reason to shave him without my consent. This review is to worn Husky owners I’m sure they do great with other breeds the facility was clean and the customer service was good, I am only heartbroken over my huskies coat.

The girls there were nice and did good job with my dogs bath but they don't take debit cards and I didn't get any kind of receipt or anything showing what they did, nothing!! I'm probly not going back

Leslie is the BEST!! She has taken care of my precious Coco for years! She loves her fur babies and treats them as if they were her very own. Awesome service and most of all, excellent treatment to your fur babies.

I have an akita and most people are intimidated by the breed. Leslie was very well acquainted with that breed and handle her with ease. At drop off and pick up, she makes sure all other animals are put up to avoid any conflicts. Her prices are great and the facility is very clean! I can tell she takes pride in her work by how thoroughly brushed out my dog is after her bath. Highly recommend her for your pet's grooming and boarding needs!

Love this place, loved all of the staff. They treated my springer boy like royalty. It was Rizzos first time being clipped and when I went to picked him up he was so relaxed he was asleep in the crate that alone speaks volumes for me!! Great Job ❤️

Absolutely wonderful. Roscoe loved it. I would recommend it to anyone. The kennels were very clean and smelled clean. The pup's are allowed to hang out with the owner and staff, the only time that they are in their kennels is at night when the owner and staff are gone. The grooming is also top notch!
