Always find good deals here, from shoes to home decor to toys for the kids. Puma, addias and champion clothing is in abundance. This store was pretty clean the only complaint was for as long as the check out line was, only 3 cashiers. However they handled it extremely well.

I've been in here twice, always busy as all-get-out. Doesn't matter the time or day of the week.I will say that the cashiers are super fast but tactful and polite. The crew that has to be putting stuff back that customers leave around has got to be one of the best. Most things sold here are where they are supposed to be.Other than that, it is your average Ross. Exactly what you would expect.

I like the outdoor clothes selection and the men's grooming supplies. You can build a wardrobe easily. I also like the dog treat section; there are plenty too chose from.

Nick was a very delightful person. He helped me look through the racks for about 15 minutes, and took some of my items to the fitting room for me. Would definitely come back if he was there. He made my experience worthwhile!

I did not find anything in there I would consider buying. The birmingham store is much better.

Horrible experience!!! Was accused of staching items that I voluntarily handed to the girl who appeared to be on drugs at the fitting room. Also if it has a security tag on it an alarm sounds at the door. I'm not sure what kind of asset protection training ross has but if they are not careful they will get sued.I would suggest not shopping here. Saving a little isn't worth the hassle.

Checking out is the worst nightmare anyone can have. It takes a total of 30 min to get through the line because they always only have 1 maybe a big maybe, two cashiers. This is a busy place, especially during the holidays, they should maintain the line flowing at least! The poor cashiers must get so stressed while checking people out because they give them no support. Management at its worst!

I love this place! Great prices! The store isn't super organized and they cashier's seem to always be in a hurry and skimp on the customer service but the merchandise and prices make it a great place to shop. Just don't expect a friendly face.

This store is clean and organized. The fitting rooms weren't open due to covid-19. The clothing selection for plus sizes were limited. The shoe racks were a mess, also had a hard time finding the size I wanted. I wouldn't suggest this store if your in a hurry!

The girl working the fitting rooms was rude & snooty. She definitely does not have proper customer service skills. She was rude not only to me but to a couple customers in front of me. I spoke with a manager and she was very nice and polite and insisted she would have a talk with her before her shift was over. I work in retail as well (15 yrs exp) and I know it can be stressful but if you can't handle it without being rude, you should find other employment.

I absolutely love shopping 🛍 here,I can always get clothing for everyone in my family including my furbabys! and the best part is the clothing is affordable and is what is in style!!! including household items and household Decorations and the Employees are soooo nice and helpful!!!

Is a good place to shop good stuff and good pricing. But the cashier that checked me out was rude her tag name said Caitlin. I went in on Thursday 6/7/18. I had several stuff like glass cups, plates, porcelain bowls, storage jar set and several more stuff. The cashier did not said hello or how are you the first thing she said was this things will not go in a bag b/c they will brake (she was talking about the glass cups,storage jar set, and plates keep in mind that everything come in there single box) I have work for retailers before and I think that she could have offer to doble bag them instead. The good thing is that my sister and sister in law was with me and they helped me carry all the stuff b/c I am 7 months pregnant.

I had visited a nearer Ross to my home, but couldn't find the right color blouse to match my skirt. Since I was traveling through larger towns/cities to visit family, I knew a Ross had to be located somewhere along the way. Look for the "Ross" sign! This store was clean, organized, had lots more to chose from, and a younger customer that helped me with my colors! I had taken a pic on my phone of the skirt I needed to match colors with, and the young girl was right!! You get no customer service on the floor, but I'm sure that's how Ross keeps the prices so low. So, just hope for friendly, helpful customers, and pay the cheaper price! It's worth it!

I was walking toward the dressing room with 5 items and started counting them. The sales associate said "Don't count them, put them right here on the rack and I'll count them.” I felt like she suspected me of shop lifting. She had no reason to suspect me. I have this mom, middle-aged face and had on decent clothes. However no one should be treated as if they were suspects. It was very offensive. Got 2 cute dresses, because I had to have something to wear for an occasion, but I will probably never buy clothes there again.

Found some great buys. Actually one was an item I had priced a 2 of the big box stores. Store was clean, neat & organized. Very friendly staff.
