I enjoy the small store feel. The store is surprisingly bright and inviting. I recommend avoiding discounted meat. From my experience, most are beyond the point of safe human consumption.

The website is very user unfriendlyIt's easy to check prices online with the other major brand grocery stores, but not with the pigAre you ashamed of your prices, or are your prices not competitive? How about putting out a weekly flyer online with your sales for the week, like the other stores do.

Deli was very unhelpful and rude. Talked with them at 8:38 this morning to order three Fried Chickens to pick up at 1:00 or 1:30. Was told " you can just pick that up off the hot bar". I explained I was having family over to eat Sunday dinner and did not want to risk showing up at winn dixie and them not having enough fried chicken, or being out, or having to wait 30 minutes for a new batch to cook ( since it's Sunday and a lot of people want Fried Chicken on Sunday dinner), so I wanted to order it to make sure they would have it.She then curtly told me, "then it will be 2:30 or 3:00" before I could pick it up.... knowing that was after our dinner time.Wanted to try this local owned grocery store since they had good reviews and I like to support local businesses.. but I will not be driving all the way to this rude store for anything***edit***Just called Foodland's Deli and asked for three Fried Chickens to pick up at 1:00 p.m. They said no problem and it would be ready and waiting on me when I got there. Their store is much nicer anyway so glad it worked out like this

Bought a couple pork tenderloins, one was 5 days past the sell-by date.It's my fault for not checking the date before I bought them, but try to do better about rotating your stock.

Old lady with short hair,very rude. I just came in to ask a question and she was just rude from the start so I asked to talk to someone else and they told me kind of the same thing but she was nice about it. After I was about to leave that old lady was just talking bad about me than i told her to be nice next time she than laughed.BAD customer service from her.

Great cakes! Some of the best fried chicken fast and friendly. Great service! This store is like the first piggly wiggly mt grandmother use to take me with her to shop in when I was just little. Down home country grocers.

We picked up some food from the deli. We usually go to another location because we're not often on this side of town. The lady working in the deli was great. She was friendly. It was getting close to their closing time but she didn't seem to mind. She didn't rush us. The food was great, just like the Guntersville store. My husband had the fried chicken and I had a couple of sides.

Had an employee let us know we were about to buy and expired product, very thankful for that. However, all of the same product on the shelf was expired. The employee told us she would let management know.

Small but they have everything you need. Polite and accommodating staff. The food bar is good too for lunch or dinner. Plus they have the coolest name of any grocery store in the history of the world.

It's a great place to get just a few things for dinner. I would not do a full grocery shop here. Prices are high. They do run great specials. If you are into supporting small businesses, this is a good place to shop. Even though it's a chain, it is employee owned.

Recently renovated. Better selection of products in comparison to before. Toiletries and OTC medications are overpriced, but the general grocery items are reasonably priced. They have a really good fresh hot bar that is very well priced for the amount of food you get.

I shop here because it's a convenient location close to home, they don't offer a great selection and you have to really check the expiration dates on everything you purchase. A lot of things you find are really close or past their expiration date. I'm too lazy to return the expired products that I purchase from them so I end up wasting a lot of money shopping here, but the convenience to my house is why I keep going back.

This old woman named Sharon was very rude to me and my grandad, We had to wait almost 30 minutes for her to get his cigarettes. She finally came from outside and was being completely rude. I think she should be doing her job instead of standing outside smoking.

We went here.to buy groceries. It is a big , well stocked ,clean store ,but the prices were pretty high for a Piggly Wiggly. I used to shop at Piggly Wiggly all the time in my hometown,so the prices were pretty shocking to me. A lot of things( same.,exact brands) they had at other Alabama stores were higher priced at this store. Probably won't go here again,.exceptt for the ,50¢ cokes in the vending machine outside or if I stay at the Microtel by Wyndham,right beside the store.

Shop here weekly. Staff always friendly and helpful. Shelves clean and well stocked. Most items are in stock and easy to find. Hand sanitizer station is at entrance which is awesome.

Inside the store is good, no real issues for me, but the outside is really bad. The asphalt needs a total makeover, needs to be painted to be safer and a good cleaning because it is extremely filthy.

This was my first time in this store. I found food items that Wal-Mart has discontinued. I found this store to be so much cleaner than any of the other Grocery Stores in my area.
