I can always find what I need for my pets at PetSmart in Albertville, Alabama. They always have a great selection of dog toys, feed, and supplies. The people there are always friendly and helpful, and the prices are good. I highly recommend PetSmart in Albertville, Alabama.

Went in to get my Beardies some crickets. $8.00 for 100. A bit high,because the bait man sells 200 for $4. Had to wait a little before the lady came to get them for me. Staff were friendly and nice. Was disappoinedt that they didn't have Christmas outfits for my bearded dragón.I will go back,.but only if the bait man is out of crickets.

Customer service is awesome. I had fun talking with several of the young ladies. I drove 5 hrs to attend and adopt. Beautiful establishment and very clean. I attended the event and adopted a shelter dog Shep. His new name is Nico and he's loving his new home!👇

I made an appointment for my puppy to be groomed. They told me they would groom her this time, and NEXT time she needed proof of a Rabies Vaccine.The Breeder just gave her puppy shots, so I didn't have proof of Rabies Vaccine.I got off work, drove to Petsmart and they told me they WOULDN'T groom her, because it was her 4 month birthday.What a waste of my time. If this is how bright they are you might want to beware. I sure won't do business with them again.

Older gentlemen in the back with glasses managing the fishes wouldn't stop harassing, interrupting, and engaging with us unprovoked about snapping turtles. Nobody wanted nor asked him about these dangerous turtles, but he insisted on bothering us about them our whole stay. Should probably be in the back stocking. We understand they'll illegal sir haha, but we just needed DOG FOOD lol. Very strange encounter

Left me alone in the cat room in the back; while she (manager) rang up a guy purchasing a very expensive crate. She discounted the item bc it was "damaged" LOL. Looked fine to me...not even a dent in smell was so foul and it looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in awhile. I truly hope corporate sees this and the pictures. The new "manager" has her daughter there every time I have gone in. She's behind cash registers and was all over that store. Please know these pics are nasty BUT this was was the condition those poor cats were left in.

The manager here is the most knowledgeable person I've ever met in a pet store. He knows his stuff and he's very friendly! I also love the 14 day guarantee on their fish, which is 11 days longer than most other places. Prices are a little steep on pet supplies Vs ordering from Amazon but overall it was a pleasant experience.

The store as a whole didn't meet my expectations but I did find something to help my dog with her anxiety. She been taking the 'Just Relax' Herbal Calming Support for a couple weeks now and it seems to be helping. They are supposed to be bacon flavored but she doesn't like the taste, so I just put a little peanut butter on it and she eats it up.

Go here often for my Ball Python. Not my favorite place to buy rats, however locally my only options. They carry very sad looking for for snakes. I have to open and actively check the box before I buy to make sure I get what my boy needs.

The grooming salon is very nice and kind to everyone who comes in. They had my dog in and out at a very nice pace and even notified me when she was done. Bella had a very good time there, I think. The two ladies who checked me out were very nice, I think their names were Kennedy and Daisy. I will be coming back!!! Thank you!
