Very hard to find anything your looking for everything is so spaced out so takes a hour before you even get CLOSE to finding what your looking for. To find out they don’t have the one tool you desperatly need and neither does anyone else

They were nice, but did not put the customer first. The associate that helped us was not up to date on sink installation. He even suggested we go to another store. We shopped around for appliances too. They didn't have a great selection nor did they have reasonable prices.

They have competitive prices be o there merchandise. Actually, their 23/32 pressure treated van tech was nearly $10 cheeper than at Lowe's.

Very rude! Guy at counter sent me to another store said it was too far for delivery(17miles). They didn't have the pole! Came back he was still rude so i paid and left. Got utility pole delivered my husband was very upset. The driver didn't greet, just asked where he wanted it very crudely. My husband said hey how are you and he just asked where he wanted it again. Customer service should be #1 Always!Update: No one ever got back to me or addressed my concerns as the owner stated would take place. Keep this in mind when doing business with this company.

Cashier with red hair has a severe attitude problem. How can a manager allow their employees to treat customers with such an arrogance disrespect. Doesn't reflect good on management. Well to make a long story short. This cashier is an assistant manager.

I had a gallon of Valapar paint and I ran out. Took the gallon of paint with the paint code and label with me so they could match it.(came from Lowe’s) they mixed the paint had all the same labels same paint code so I pay for it get home and it’s no where near the right color. I brought my receipt and both the new and old paint into the store. They refused to give me a refund or to try to make a new gallon to see if they could match the color better. They blamed it on there computer system that they don’t have the same tinters as Lowe’s. Long story short this company does not care about its customers. As long as they sell a product they don’t care. I am now stuck with a $30 jug of paint I cannot do anything with. Went to Lowe’s and paid $40 for a gallon and it matched perfectly will be glad to show all the photos I have to an attorney. Or the public. This company needs taught a lesson. They will not get another penny from me nor my contracting friends

Not a good experience at all! Will NOT be going back!!! The employees were very lazy, rude and smart mouthed to everyone in there . I saw them treating an elderly man just awful then making fun of him behind his back. I think they could of cared less about the customers or the store at all. I do not recommend this place.

The staff is knowledgeable and they help with whatever you need. If you can't find it there then they will tell you where to go to find it. They have a wide selection of everything. Anything you can hope to find in a hardware store you can find here. They also duplicate keys cheaper than anyone else around and it is a smoother key than the new machines at that are DIY like at Walmart.

They need to learn to communicate with each employee. When you go inside to buy bags of concrete and then you go outside to load it ... Then you find out there out of big bags of concrete... Then you gotta go back inside and have what you paid for adjusted for what you got... Very lazy people...

Slow!!! Very little customer service. Every single time that I go there, they either don't have what I need in stock or don't carry it. I usually have to just go to Lowe's and wonder why I even stopped there.

Not as helpful as Ace (still a very friendly staff but you have to hunt employees down to get help) but carry more building supplies and have very competitive pricing.
