Gus and his wife are great. I drive from Guntersville to have my dog, Izzy groomed they are that good. They are very reasonable with boarding Izzy also. He love going there. I would recommend Gus Pet Grooming to everyone. 5 stars 🌟

Gus is The BEST! He has groomed my dogs for 18 years. He is the ONLY groomer I trust. I drive 1+ hours each way to use him and have for years for my 1st dog, and now, my 2nd dog. Our current pup gets very car sick so we tried to get his hair cut closeby and that groomer cut him and patched it with cautery/glue and hoped we wouldn't notice (yeah, didn't even tell us!). One other time years ago, I tried another groomer and had a similar experience. If you want someone trustworthy, Gus is your man. He's worth cleaning up the vomit! Enough said. 😆

My dog knows great people and Gus is great people. Dog loves him, is the same attitude when he comes out of the grooming and is happy to go get his groom. Plus all the brags my dog gets from people help encourage him to be familiar and content when we arrive at the Gus groomers for grooming. We need a traveling groomer chain of people like Gus.

I was having a hard time finding a new groomer, I called Gus and I bought Myah in, and I absolutely love the way he groomed her. She's 14 years old and deaf. But he took his time and did a really good job. Highly recommend Gus's Grooming.

Gus was absolutely great with my babies. He got us in last minute and took exceptional care of my Pug and Chihuahua. Quick and low cost if you don't mind the slight drive.

I used to take my very difficult cat to be bathed there. They never turned him away and he was always cleaned very well when we picked him up. Love this place. I would however never take my dog to this place. Difficult cats……. Yes! Dogs to be groomed……… no! He’s way to rough and have talk to so many people about their dogs being traumatized by him.

Gus does a great job with my little Gizmo. We live going to him for our hair cuts. I have taken him to other groomers and when I would pick him up he would be shaking and mad at me. I found Gus and we tried him now my Gizmo is not scard when I pick him up and runs to door ready to go for his haircut whenever I say want to go see Gus Gus? Or does baby need a haircut, he gets all excited, and just as happy when I pick him up.

My shih tzu was screaming and rubbing her eyes when I went to pick her up ...I took her straight to the vet ..As soon as I walked into the Vets office they said she had been choked....Her eyes were bleeding from being strangled ...She was pitiful and we were looking at possibly having to have her eyes sewn closed till they healed......I felt so guilty for leaving her in his care...He should be banded from grooming ...If you love your pet find a different groomer..

Not sensitive or pays attention to enough for an animals disability needs. Had to put my animal down after she collapsed in his care. It should have never happened. When you ask someone in care of your animal to not do something and they do it anyway means they don't care.Walking one minute partially paralyzed the next doesnt make sense.

They were supposed to be so good well there not.They mess my puppy up so bad it's unreal she looks like she has been took to a chop shop I will never us them again and they also threw her in the cage like she was nothing she will not get out from under me because of them they call the cut they gave her a puppy cutI have pics of her when she was a pup and this cut looks nothing like it.I wish I could post pics but I canBut any way I have to let her hair grow out just so I can get it fixed I'm so angry and I let them kno how up set I really am
