New store, organized well. I go to this location several times a week. The new queue sucks (see picture) and one less register was not the best idea (busy location), but the staff is the best. They always go beyond expectation and you can see that they work well together and are hard workers. The staff makes this location have 5 stars.

We went in today to grab a few things and went to get mtn dews and the shelves had none so I seen some sitting in the back asked the worker if I could get 2 cases out of the 20 that was stacked back there and her response was there are some out there so I told her no there was not and she then said I couldn’t have those because they were someone else’s.. I let that go continue to shop and find half of the other stuff I’m lookin for is not out there either.. pretty sure I’ll never stop at this one again!!

This is usually a great store however my brother arrived at the store 5min before closing just to grab a snack, he is diabetic and needed a snack that was it in and out and they denied him from coming in due to the time. I am in the service industry I understand how aggravating it can be when you are ready to close and you get customers but we still do not turn anyone away and they still receive the best service we offer. I am disappointed and thankful the convenient store down from the dollar store was open he paid double for his snack but his blood sugar is on the way back to normal now.

I have been in thier hundreds of times and each time it feels like I am a bother to them rather than someone spending money. The older ladies are extremely rude and short. The only one I have found to be pleasant is the guy with no hair. He always is helpful with a smile on his face

Are used to shop there every day until one day one of their managers in the evening I guess is against people that associate with other cultures because now I cannot even go in that store because of a person that I know that is of a different color it used to be a really nice place to go but now I have been banned from the store because I said a word a friend word and I was told I was belligerent. I was not I always everywhere I go I try to have a great time and make people smile but one of the managers there I guess doesn’t like to smile so God bless her and their business and their families but I will not ever be back there I will be in touch with corporate

Horrible store! It was a disaster inside to where you cannot get a cart through the store isles at all. There were overly filled freight carts EVERYWHERE, very dangerous especially for children. My sister was so disgusted by the time she left, after waiting at least 20 mins in the one line they had open to check out, she called corporate & made a very valid complaint. The cashier's were more concerned about getting employees off the clock than the customer. I will not shop in this store again as long as it is under the same rude management.

Needed to make a quick purchase and didnt want to face the Walmart lines. They have a decent selection of almost anything you may need. Think of it as a extremely scaled down version of Walmart. You may pay a little more or sometimes a little less. These stores tend to franchise in more rural areas.The store was tidy and employees were ok (as in not especially friendly but neither were they rude).

Worst store ever!! We were profiled harassed told to leave for trying to resolve a issue that they created by telling them that we are not sure what or why but we didn’t want any part of whatever they had to believe for the employee to say I do t know what your talked about you need to leave! Her name I’m unsure something like Carrie terrie but that’s rude and uncalled for I left my buggy and will not go back to ever shop at that location again!!!!!

Dollar general depending on where you go can be a great experience with helpful workers that have amazing customer service but some are not so great don't expect everyone of the to be the same or sale the same stuff bc they are all different and don't work there it's an awful place to work they care nothing about the employees except for one dollar general manager in Downtown Albertville,AL and his name is Chris Rogers

I usually check the line to check out going in because it's not always fast when people buy a buggy full of items. But it's a nice clean store with friendly employees.

Came into this location with digital coupons, one of the main visits tonight. I had $1.00 digital coupon on Arm hammer scent booster, $1.00 digital coupon on A&H Oxi Fresh Burst, $1.00 digital coupon on Meow Mix cat food. When cashier gave me the receipt I made him aware of digital coupons not coming off so he called a manager and this is her words(I dont know how to make the digital coupons come off unless there already subtracted when rang up. $3.00 might not seem like much, but when you have to borrow money due to the economy, $3.00 a a lot of money to my family. The attitude of male casher was great, the managers knowledge and attitude was terrible. Thank you, Michele Long

Short staffed...long waiting lines...For that stores volume it needs ATLEAST 3-4 people,checking out,stocking,bringing buggies inside,and breaks.2 people can not be as productive as they try to be. BEER COOLERS NOT STOCKED,....AT ALL,FRONT DRINK BOXES NOT STOCKED,SELDON TO NEVER ARE THE BAJA BLAST WHEN THEIR IN STOCK???NEVER IN COOLER.....

Dear DG if you employees have nothing better to do than harass paying customers and follow them making rude comments and screaming about their relationship issues and Crystal Meth addictions on the store phone so loudly and with what I can only guess is a foul word thesaurus as a few of them were even new to me that customers have to remove their children from shopping and leave. Not once Not Twice but 4 times over the last 6 months.

Service could use some work, and just basically got accused of stealing when I reached down to pick up my cloth for cleaning glasses that fell out while pulling wallet out of pocket. Last visit for me!!!

Aisles were blocked with large carts full of products to be put out, a ladder was right at the entrance on the inside with no warning signs or cones, staff were tripping over themselves and not at all friendly and they were out of the only things I went to buy.

They are frequently out of skim milk when I stop by. They usually have lots of whole and 2% milk in the cooler. Order needs to be adjusted to get more skim milk and less of the other varieties.
