I went to marvins in Albertville and I did not have a good experience so I walk out. I went to here and from the moment I walk in I got greeted from Mr. Mike and ask I needed help told him what I need and he knew immediately what I needed he was very knowledgeable and super nice. After I went to check out Tammy help me out on warranty and safe me $5 discount! Thank you so much I had a great experience it was easy and to the point. Most definitely I will come back!

The big stores are terrible.You walk in to Ace Hardware and will be greeted by an employee and helped right a way.They are extremely helpful. Makes my life so much easier.I ♥ the owners and the staff.Please stop by and see for yourself. It will save you time and money.

Drove to this ACE hardware because they list auto key programming on their website and states they make auto keys for cars, but that is deceiving they do NOT. They need to update their website to say home keys only not Auto/Car Key replacements. Go to Huntsville ACE Hardware. They make laser cut auto keys for Amy make car.

Very professional store, employees are always offering to help, always polite, store is always very clean. Stock and shelves are very well organized and have a great flow of shopping for someone just browsing. I've actually met the owner of this store and I'll say from my own experience, the store takes directly after the owner. Regardless of how or why they do anything, all I know is that for this store it is working. Great stop! Always a pleasure ladies and gentlemen, well done!

Soon as I walked in had an older gentlemen that works there come up to me and say “gotta make sure no one is stealing from us again” and proceeded to stand right next to me and watch me shop then follow me around the store til I left. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional to be honest. But I shouldn’t be made to feel so very uncomfortable in a store trying to buy pipe fittings.

They have a surprisingly large variety of the things they carry. Their prices are competitive but what keeps me coming back is the fact that I've never walked in the door without being immediately assisted with what I need. And the thing that makes them stand out from other customer service companies is each employee seems genuinely happy to be helping everyone that walks into Ace. 10/10 will always recommend.

They seem very friendly and willing to help... the problem is that none of them actually know what they are doing. They have no idea what products they actually carry and God forbid you need to have paint mixed. There is exactly 1 person who can mix the paint correctly. Of course there has to be a drawback. He is extremely rude.

Employee was amazing. I've been trying to rig up a make shift shower for my out door camping off the grid. I had Benn to other stores and no one had all the fittings I needed. This employee had it up and going in no time.

Overpriced, plenty of people standing around when there's never more than 2 or 3 customers at rush hr. All that & they still have me wrong size caps for hoses. Caused a spill that ruined customers carpet & wasted material. Returned fitting explaining it wasn't the right size & as a result, their mistake cost around 400$ in damages, lost time, & man hrs.Really never expected a dime in damages , but an apology would've been a nice start.

Called and asked to have a propane tank filled and was told 4:45 pm was when the stopped filling. I arrived at 4:39 pm and was told NO!! I explained that I called ahead and still was told NO! When I ask why they said they would be breaking the law by filling after that time. I the called WEATHERS across the street and they said they didn't stop until they closed and that was 6:00pm , so I went to them and had it filled with no problem. SO if you need something without having to worry about who is trying to leave work early, GOD to WEATHERS they are Awesome

My first time to stop in as we just moved to the area. So I go in and a nice young man greeted me and tried to help but he didnt mix paint. I ask for 2 gallons of paint and older guy mixing the paint was one of those that never acknowledges customers. He just kept clacking on the computer, never looked to say, "miss I'll be right with you, I have a few gallons to mix ahead of you." No that would require effort, and this older man didnt have any effort left.....so I left. Never will go back, I stopped at lowes on the way home and was in and out immediately....which is usually not the case but Lowes was WAY FASTER and more professional than Ace.

Bought new Echo blower old Echo lasted 14 yrs. Had best price and customer sevice. filled out warranty and paper work. Price 150.00 even cheaper than amazon . Amazon price was 175.00 shop local cook and son will take care of you after the sale.

They are a craftsman tool dealer, all craftsman hand tools have a lifetime warranty. Well good luck on getting a warranty on hand tools from them. I rather pull an alligator's tooth than try to argue with them. Especally when I'm right. The package clearly states lifetime warranty except for abuse on the tools. On two different occasions I've tried to get them to honor the products they sell. Both times they sent a paying customer down the road. I'm so glad they did though because we found the Ace in Boaz, Al. It's worth the drive to not be treated like your trying to steal from them. ACE in boaz had no problem In taking care of us.
