Technical issues were occurring in the pharmacy at opening time this morning. The staff present, especially a young lady named Lindsay handled the dilemma with Grace and professionalism. All them performed exceptionally.

I was told months ago the new set up would be great as they finished. It's not. The name should no longer contain Neighborhood Market in it because it's a mini super center and no longer provides a Neighborhood Market experience.

Store is having renovations done. Everything is being moved. Don't go if you are in a hurry, you can't find anything. If you make your grocery list in the order in which the store is laid out.. GOOD LUCK. EVERYONE shopping is frustrated because they can't find anything. People circling like sharks hunting their items. I have noticed they have quit carrying certain items they normally have. Typical of Walmart. If I cant find what I am looking for on my first lap through, I just dont get it. Go to another store. Employees blocking the isles just chatting, not offering help.. even when people are clearly looking for something. Why don't they move the dairy over to the end of the store so your milk doesn't spoil before you get out!? I did suggest to the manager that they have maps available as you walk in so you can find things... also a "pardon our mess" sign would be nice. Skip this store for now, too frustrating. (Why so many isles of beverages?!)

I have never had such a bad experience with WalMart Market grocery pickup before today. Got a text telling me, my order was ready, but when I get there, they tell me not all of my items are picked. I wait another 20 minutes and the guy comes to the back of my jeep, well, throws it in the back, and then closes the door and hit multiple things, which included the eggs, and doesn’t close the door all the way. So, I go to close the door, but decide to look and I discover that half of my items aren’t there and the other half of the ones I do have are not what I ordered. Luckily, there was a kind and gracious young lady, Teyana, putting groceries in someone else’s vehicle, and I told her what was going on and she was kind enough to help and get the correct things for me. Wish there were more people like her. I will be calling the manager to tell them how great she was!

The employees were very helpful and friendly. One of the employees gave my daughter and her stuffed tiger a smiley face sticker. I haven't seen one of those stickers from Walmart since i was little!! I WILL be back here for my normal grocery shopping and any needs i may have!!

We ran inside today for the first time to pick up a few items. It was very crowded with shoppers but the cashiers were quickly getting them out of the store. The produce section looked well organized and we went to the freezer pizzas. Nice selection on hand. We did not go into other areas of the store.

I am a little bias because I already love Neighborhood Walmarts (compared to the supermarkets). It's so easy to find what you need. I was very impressed with this location. Store was very clean and organized and the staff was so nice. My fiance can't have gluten and I was surprised at the selection of gluten-free items. Would definitely recommend this location.

It's close to our home so it's convenient. I wish the bakery and deli section were larger. Prices are lower than Publix.

I haven't been there in a LONG time! I definitely don't like that they've changed every lane to self checkout. I work to pay for groceries. Not to shop for them, work for walmart by scanning and bagging, then give them MY money, and I JUST worked for THEM. Doesn't make sense. I won't go back.

Dish soap rang up as a restricted item and no one in the store could figure out how to punch in an item not in their database. It's not like i was buying an obscure product either, this was Great Value brand. Long story short, they took away my dish soap and I have to go to Publix anyway.

I LOVE our Neighborhood Market. It's so quick and easy to get in and out. The store is always neat, clean, and organized. The staff is very nice and helpful if needed. Plus, they actually open registers for their peak times, a concept that isn't universal across Walmart. I love this location!

I've always gotten great service at the gas station right outside of this location. My dog always comes with me to get gas there so she can get a car ride. Today, the attendant had a few dog treats waiting for me when I went to pay for gas and a couple of snacks. It definitely made my dogs day, but I'm also a happy momma now! I truly appreciate the awesome customer service.

Very clean and organized. Well stocked, found everything I needed, and an employee pointed me in the right direction to find what I couldn't. Bathrooms were clean and had supplies such as paper and soap. Loved the self check out machines, makes stop quicker.

This is the worst store for customer service.I have been in customer relations for 40 years, if I ever had an employee talk to guests, like the employees are allowed to here, I would fire them immediately!!I have been there at least 3 times before, when an employee has had a problem with a customer.Today the employee ERiC, went after me. When I complained, he went to the front of the house manager and they both started laughing at me.I went to complain, house manager had no time for me.When I asked for their names , she said Walmart did not require them to give me their name. I said well I will get your name from your employee badge.Really, really dab service.

I just moved into the neighborhood and was in here for the first time.is a very nice store. Clean and neat. Spacious and organized. I was impressed add a first time customer and hope that it doesn't change. Didn't have any interaction with any employees but hopefully they are nice as well

I love this Alabaster neighborhood market! I make a 40 minute drive from Hoover to shop here, because they are the ONLY Walmart that carries a product I like. They are always stocking shelves, the produce is fresh and plentiful, the store is clean and well organized and they always have what I need in stock. It is never overly crowded and overwhelming like your typical Walmart. 5 stars.

I love going here versus going to the super center or another market because it is easy to get in and get what you need then get out. Plus you get the great prices without having to walk 2 miles. I have learned that even if there is ridiculously long line it doesn't take long at all to go through.

I ordered groceries yesterday which added up to $167.18 Walmart put $487.18 on hold. I called the 800-Walmart number the guy said it would take 2-7 business days to go back into my account. So when you make a order you better look and see what they took out. I will not use them again. Who has $487.18 they can afford to be taken out for 2-7 days that they didn’t spend! I’m so mad.

Our neighborhood Walmart Market took a poor shopping experience and made it even worse with total self-checkouts. The store isn't very clean. Employees not helpful. Fresh vegetables and fruits have been poor quality. Even though the prices are great, I'll pay the difference to shop across the street at Publix.

I frequent this store and try to check out at a particular persons line. This evening (7/25/19) I was able to get in her line (line 2 at 5:00). She is the nicest and most pleasant person in the world. I won't mention any names, but hope that management sees the value that this person brings to their store.

Where has the customer service gone? The store is completely SELF CHECKOUT. (bananas).There is an observer only if you have a problem with the checkout. The prices aren't any cheaper when you have to choose the groceries and bag them yourself.Not to mention the drama if you pay with cash. The lines are even longer when waiting to get to an empty checkout. Slow slow slow when people are not use to checking themselves out Besides this idea has eliminated jobs from the employees.

It is not a super-center. The store is very clean. The staff is on top of the help game. Mallory in customer service gets 5 stars herself. She gave me the address so I could pay my phone bill. I'm not from Alabaster so that was a great help. Bessemer Wal-Mart needs to send employees to train at this location. All in all a enjoyable grocery shopping trip.
