Staci Galey does a terrific job when grooming my dogs! She is knowledgeable when it comes to grooming different breeds, both large and small, and she is understanding and patient when dealing with our elderly dogs. She also listens when specific grooming preferences are made.I would highly recommend this business!

I understand if they can’t take new pups, but not calling to back to let you know is another thing. Went to the establishment today to follow up after I had left a msg a week ago with no call back. Found out. The weren’t taking clients. They also had no recommendations for other groomers.

I took my 10 month old English Mastiff to get his nails trimmed. I called and spoke with, I think Emily, and she was so helpful and kind!I have been the only one to trim my dogs nails, until today and she said he did great! She was so sweet and patient with him!Will definitely be taking him back!

My fiancé brought our puppy there to be groomed for a 10:00 appointment, and she asked to have him done by 1:00 which seemed reasonable. However, when it was time to pick him up at 1:00 he was still not groomed (the grooming process hadn’t even been started at this time), and he was still not ready until 3:30. How is it acceptable to have our dog locked up, and not be groomed for over 5 hours after his appointed time, even after being dropped off for his appointment 30 minutes early. This seems unreasonable for the price, especially since they didn't even attempt to honor the request to have him groomed by 1:00 - 3 hours after his appointment. As loyal customers who have repeatedly used this business for our grooming needs this is completely unacceptable.

Very friendly and attentive to me and my pup! Everyone working there seemed very nice and seemed like they really enjoyed working there. They talked with me about what I was wanting and made sure that I was happy with it before I left! They did a great job, she smelt a looked amazing!

They do a great job. They don't lock your dogs in kennels they allow them to be mingle with the other dogs. Which is great. My dog looks forward to playing with her friends. She loves going there. I know this because she pulls me into the shop from excitement.

Took my 8 month old German Shepherd last week and they did an amazing job. The staff is very friendly and professional with years of experience. He got a bath, a deshedding and his nails trimmed. He was very happy when I picked him up 😃

They’re “not taking any new clients” as of Monday, Oct. 24, 2022 according to the young lady that I spoke with on the phone today. I am so bummed out! I have 2 dogs and a cat - I was so excited to see that they groom cats AND dogs.

After verifying an appointment two different times when we arrived there was no record. They agreed to work our puppy in for the day. I called to verify he would be ready and was told to be there at 5 pm, no later. I showed up at 4:45 pm after a 45 minute drive and was told it would be another hour. 3 different employees that did not provide any customer service and were extremely rude! Owner stepped in but it was still not customer service you expect. Disappointed!

We were one of the fist customers to come to tonya when she opened. We have 15 dogs so we was bringing a substantial amount of business to her. We are an African American family and expect the same understanding as anyone would. We had an issue with one of the hair cuts and mentioned it and things changed immediately. It seemed we were not welcomed there anymore. Tonya would not return our phone calls so we stopped come. Now we tried to give her a second chance to get our business and we called 2 days straight and she will not take our phone calls or even call us back. Very bad business ethics if you ask me. You just don't treat people this way.Especially with everything that's going on allClients should be important but it's not that way with this busy I'm sorry to say.

I have gone several times hoping it would eventually get better, but I have had enough. I take 2 dogs there - Malcolm and Charli. Charli has “lost” SEVERAL collars and today when I picked them up they lost Malcolms leash and said I must’ve taken it with me after I watched her walk away with him on a lease. My leash. Also, it looked like Charli wasn’t even cut - especially her beard which is what I wanted the most. Not to mention how unorganized they are. After dropping off today, several hours went by before they called and had all the wrong information - which i’m not even sure how they had the wrong information considering I watched the lady at the front desk write exactly what both dogs were getting done on a sheet on paper by their name. It is honestly not worth the money, I would recommend Petsmart. They’re more expensive, but they have always remembered my dogs names and been incredibly friendly and they do not lose their belongings. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Tonya always does such an amazing job with our 85lb Pyrenees mix. Highly recommend the defurminator treatment to keep down the fur tumble weeds! Eliza loves her summer shaves for the heat.
