There is always workers standing in front of the entrance door smoking cigarettes, I am allergic to it and every time I go in I have to smell the cigarette smell . And I'm sure others see sick of that as well who do not smoke . It don't look good for business having workers standing in front door smoking

This store is on my way home from work. While the staff is always super friendly and helpful, there are never enough of them working, it seems.Freight is almost always blocking half of the aisles. Shelves aren't stocked. And the prices listed don't always match when you get to the register.I usually just drive a few miles down the road to a different DG to do my shopping.

Clean but crowded lanes due to stock. Found it hard to maneuver around especially when more people came in. I rushed and got out. The manager on duty and the cashier were really nice. It really had more merchandise than some others but also a lot of the shelves were empty, but they had a lot of stock to put out.

I'll be following this up with contacting corporate as well to hopefully see a change. On numerous occasions I have went in to purchase something. When I got to the counter it didn't ring up the price of where it was placed in the store. It was in the wrong spot is not a valid excuse if everyone of that same product are in the same spot. What I've realized they are doing is stocking items in the wrong spot on the shelf and then just saying oh it's in the wrong spot. I assume as often as it's happened it's just laziness or the inability to read and if that's the case it needs to be corrected.

We are closing at 4:00, she yelled as we pulled up at 3:45. And the sign on the door say 10:00 pm and the store was full of customers as they where running them off.

Stock levels are horrible. One register down and the one that "works" doesn't like taking any cards. All the people in front of me that used cards had issues and i hand to try 5 different time with 2 different cards before it finally worked. If you decide to buy something your best bet is cash or better yet go somewhere else that actually has stuff and will run your card the first time.

The manager at the store in Addison Winston county alabama was the worst person I have ever met she is flat rude she doesn't care about the customers and she has no manners what so ever no one wants to shop there anymore she has ruined the name dollar General I hope they fire get soon because they will not have a business long we had a flat right at closing time and the woman yelled thru the door they were closed and my husband continued to tell her we had grandbabies in the car we just needed a can of fix a flat and that all and shevsaidvi don't care if you do have a flat how ridiculous and rude plus she run nearly all but there employees off she is just such a pleasant person and someone you truly want to keep our of the store like this I will pray for her maybe she just need God in her life

The ONLY reason I would even rate this store 1 star is because I am writing a review as far as the store goes it's excellent they always have everything I need and it's organized but you'll get accused of stealing if you set your drink down and the manager at this store is very rude the way she treated my husband the other day was in called for. She's very rude, her employees are rude but beyond rude I couldn't even describe a word for it. The manger and employees are a joke. That's all I'm saying.

They are always out of stock on everyday items and when they do have them they are too lazy to stock the shelves.Absolutely nothing that I purchased was the same price at the register as it was marked on the shelf..The staff are complete idiots and only worried about talking on the phone and going home... This, by far is the worst dollar general store that I have ever visited...

The employee are very nice!! But the store is very cluttered. Boxes sitting everywhere! You cant even get to alot of stuff due to the boxes. They either need to take a day and clean/stolk or have a stolking team!

If you're in a hurry, do NOT stop by this DG. I live about 5 min from this one. If there wqs another store near me, I would go there instead of this one.Everytime I go in they have boxes/carts with boxes blocking items. The boxes will be there for a good week before they dissappear. They have 2 registers, and when it is super busy they only have 1 open. Even when there are CLEARLY 2 employees, they will ALWAYS have 1 register open. **Another thing i would like to add: When the store is not busy at all, they every so often open both registers. I have seen them do this about 3 times. When it is busy though, they never do that.

This store is subpar when compared to other Dollar Stores in the area. They run sales and do not stock the items and I have seen items on sale be removed and taken to the back and then put back out after the sale ends. This trickery falls on the manager. They also allow employees to keep personal food in the store coolers alongside food products that are for purchase. The cashiers are rude and usually dressed sloppy and some don't appear to have washed their store shirts. Because I have witnessed employees wearing shirts with excessive stains and reminence of food particles on their store shirts.
