Since my son passed away and I have 2 children, their pickup and delivery service has been a life saver. Just don't order green onions!There are a few things mostly produce that I just have to pick myself.I like a BEER or 2 every now and again, no worries, they deliver! Just have your I.D. READY BECAUSE THEY ARE STRICT ABOUT THAT!I am very happy with my pick-up orders too. Never have to wait more than 5 min. Of course, I check in online. Great service I'm very happy. I rarely go in the store anymore! With 2 kids I wind up spending more!

Could be better. Too many people use Self-checkout. When self-checkout started, you could only have TEN items. Now they don't seem to care. Plus fewer cashiers are working. Maybe 2 or 3 lines open & the other 6 or 8 closed.

This was a nice place at one time but now it's like the employees don't care about what their store looks like. Shelves are not stocked properly and things are not put where they should be. If it wasn't for convenience I would definitely go somewhere else.

This Walmart was a pleasant experience. I got everything I was looking for and more. The staff seemed friendly for the most part. There were a few employees that could have stopped following me around the store the entire time. It was obvious but the thing is I don’t see why I needed to be followed. Anyways other than that it was a good trip.

I went to Walmart to get a oil change on my car. The lady at the desk was very helpful very friendly. The tech who did my service was terrible. I asked him to reset my oil life he didn't do it and luckily I checked behind him when I got to the gas station and realized he had my oil cap very loose. So if you ever go there to get an oil change or any type of service make sure you check behind it

This location never sticks it's shelves in a timely manner, never has enough regular or self-checkouts open. Add that to Walmart limiting self CO and id rather drive an extra 10 miles out of the way to be able to shop in a clean and friendly store in sumiton. Corporate really needs to check this stores metrics. HARD.

Tire and Battery center provides abysmal service... not exaggerating... I mean this place offers minimal service with a scowl on their faces. I ordered tires from "in stock" at this particular store and made an install appointment 5 days from the time of placing the order. They sent a cancel notice 12 minutes before my scheduled appointment, unfortunately I was already pulling up. Went inside and...1. there was no technician (but there was someone to tell me there was no technician and they couldn't help me)2. There were no tires even though they showed as "in stock" on the website when ordered and there were 3 business days from order time to appointment time to remedy the lack of tires.3. No one could find my appointment, I had to produce the order number for them, and....4. THEY EXPECTED ME TO KNOW MY TIRE SIZE!!! They kept asking me and when I couldn't produce the numbers they inferred it was my fault and that's why I couldn't get tires.This place takes no pride in its work, it offers a thin layer of service and a thick layer of excuses for not being able to do the very basics of what it's supposed to do. I understand if you come here for the price... but just know you'll get less than you pay for.

I had the worst experience at the produce today while my children and I while picking strawberries got shoved by the produce guy named Torry while I was trying to pick strawberries I dont know if this is a racist thing but its not the first encounter he already aggresively told my 11 year old to move while he was with a cart fixing things

My road trips are now from Columbiana to Forestdale. First time to shop the Walmart in that area. First thing I noticed, they still had a Subway restaurant inside/front of the store. I know we are buying groceries, BUT Subway? Impressed with the store. We both noticed the cleanliness of the store. The bathroom met my daughter's approval. Fresh and healthy selections in produce. Had what we needed in dairy. In grocery section, variety of items. Stocked shelves. Meat section was impressive. Although, we are more of fast food type. Frozen foods had the items my grandson wanted. Employees were friendly and helpful in looking for an item. Checking out went well. They had several lanes open. Cashier nice and 'have a great day '. Grade A shopping trip.

Welp, it's another review of Walmart! If I can avoid going to any of them, I will go out of my way to shop elsewhere. I don't enjoy the constant changing corporate atmosphere or the claustrophobic masses of people all wanting to end the terrible excursion into the aisles of this beast. Then they want me to ring up my own groceries because they would rather not provide more jobs to the community. This place is a perfect model for the downfall of society. I highly recommend becoming as self sufficient as possible before you can't survive without the convenience of this local business destroying plague. The south park episode sums it all up quite well. Spoiler alert: The wallmart was alive and not a friendly department store like 🎯. Other than that, you can find alot of great deals.

Wish they had a better produce selection. I can always find household goods here. Sometimes it’s difficult to find healthy options here. They’re getting better though!The loaders and packers here work really quickly! Shoutout to the Walmart Pickup team!Most people on the inside are really friendly.

Since my last review 2 years ago There have been some major changes at Walmart..A major remodeling project has brought wider aisle and better looking displays. Unfortunately it also brought entrance and exit gates, fewer product choices and three times the number of self-checkout registers. At this particular store it seems as it's become a popular site for parents to dump unruly kids.5 Months since last review and it's going downhill fast!. Most of the time I drive the extra 15 miles to go to the Lakeshore location. Look at the pictures and see why.

Lines extremely long and just tired of watching employees play on their phones while the customers have to check themselves out and then having to produce the receipt to prove me scanned everything. They get paid to play on their phones and complain if they have yo help with anything that won't scan

Please someone tell me why it takes 2 hours to balance someone’s tires? I love me someWalmart, but my god! People standing around just talking. One girl was on her phone the entire time, literally, as I am sitting here outside right this second, they are conversing amongst themselves about my tires being put on backwards!?!?!?!?! I will never use them again. The person who is supposed to be working on my tires has been quite the social butterfly!!! And the worst part is, the manager is in the bay with them? Unacceptable!!! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!

Wal mart is walmart. Exactly what you expect. You have to check yourself out. Littlevman asks to see your receipt. I had text mine to mine phone. So the man asked to see MY PHONE TOO. SO PRINT YOUR RECEIPT. Unless you want to give your phone to Walmart employees too.

My biggest issue is with the grocery pick up. First they make you wait forever and don't apologize. Sexond even though it is technically not walmarts fault I have often had trouble finding a spot to park for my pick up as people who aren't doing a pick up but are inside shoppikg have taken the spaces. Walmart needs to have a system to have these peoples cars towed or ticketed for this. It is ridiculous that they allow this to continue when they spots are clearly marked.

This place has some of the rudest laziest workers who will not do there job and check prices. Please everyone if you shop at this store check your receipt especially if you have clearance items they like to charge full price for those. And please log a complaint lol they open a case and days later still no call it's so funny they don't wait days to take our money...
