My elderly parents went to purchase Pepsi today (which is on sale) that the vendor had not unwrapped. There was 2 on the shelf. The sale was for 3. When they inquired about the wrapped Pepsi they were told by the employee it wasn’t their responsibility to unwrap Pepsi! Customer service at the finest!BTW: only two customers in the store beside my parents. Very sad DG very sad.

A line had formed at the checkout, when asking the cashier if there was additional help she replied no the other person is stocking. I found it interesting that the sticker wasn't capable of stopping to help with the customers. There should always be time because that store is always catching up on stocking as evidenced by the product sitting in the aisles

The store in Abbeville Al is just ridiculous. Shelves always empty. Looks like they are going out of business. If mad when I go to there I end up walking out cause they never have anything. The employees are rude. The store is dirty. They really need to get it together. I try to avoid this location and will drive all the way to Headland to go shopping because it’s a waste of gas to go to this location.

One of the worst Dollar General's I've been to. Its disorganized, doesn't look like its been cleaned in a while and the woman at the register was extremely rude. The only good thing about this store is that it has a few more choices than the regular Dollar General.

Rude. She didn't greet us. She didn't want to answer any of our questions. She didn't know what was sold in her store. She didn't know where anything was. Until the handsome black man came in behind us. Extremely rude black female cashier. (I am also a black female). She was the only one in the store on Wednesday Oct 31st approximately 10 am. I had 2 buggies full of items. I and my family were from out of town and on my way to my nephew's funeral. However, I didn't even purchase anything and what dollar General doesn't have a public bathroom for their customers. I have been in more than 30 DGs across the US and They all have public restrooms. They build them with Public Restrooms. They were just to freaking lazy to keep it clean. They lost $200 + from me and my family.

Lines backed up finally manager came from back opened up check out..was asking if you needed a receipt for items purchased .told her yes well if I needed a receipt I needed go to the next one, I ask why ya can't just put paper in this register haha she said the girl that does that hadn't got up there yet , really your the manager and when this mgr.had can up there I was third in line at the other register so by now to move over again I would have been eight...so tell me how many folks does it really take to screw in a light bulb...

Went today to do a little shopping and it was HORRIBLE !! You can’t look at anything without a pile of things falling off the shelf because it is so cluttered and piled up . Worst thing is a lady and 2 guys that were I guess suppose to be unpacking inventory to put on shelf were so immature !! The 2 guys were running around the store chasing each other around the store and the lady was walking behind them laughing . The lady beside me just looked at me in disbelief put her things down and said she would never come back to that store . I have never seen anybody so unprofessional and so disrespectful to others !! The little girl working the cash register was so nice and polite and working her butt off . While everybody else was running and playing she had a line of customers but was still so polite . I felt sorry for her because apparently she was the only one working . I will be calling corporate and complaining

This is a nice store with friendly staff. I dropped my debit card in one of the little shopping baskets and it was turned in by an honest customer. I was so relieved! Thank you, DG customer.

Its a nice store with decent prices. My only problem is it stays cluttered. At least the merchandise is kept rotated so it doesn't get old.

Whatever you do, don't purchase gift cards from this location. Cards are being hacked and the Management does not want to help you. Poor business ethics and poor customer service!

This store is always crowded with products you have to move, or step over. Most of the cashiers are rude or indifferent. I avoid this location if at all possible.
